You all are the worst company. It's been 5 years since I use cheapOair to purchase my tickets when I travel. But today I was dissatisfied when I had an emergency home and I was trying to go home even after I purchase insurance on my ticket they did not allow me to cahne my date to fly home to assist my children. Even I told them that I was in distress. I will never use cheapoair. They are liars one person even told me I can get another airline that doesn't fligh in cap Haitian and he needed me to pay another 499. It is a shame to use cheapoair.

Always great dealing with Cheapoair. The Cheapoair website makes it super easy to find great scheduling and a wide variety of flights. At least one is sure to please.

This is not a good agency to book with flight. You book the ticket ahead of time so you dont have to worry of your schedule and the price of ticket. But with them, it is positively flight will chnage. Once the schedule chnaged it will take couple of months for them to book and you will worry that you will not get the same flight details. You will have anxiety of your bookings like hotel and entrances ticket because you don't know if you will get the same time of your schedule.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
