I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with CheapOair's customer service. Despite reaching out to them multiple times since last week regarding a crucial matter, they have proven to be unhelpful and unresponsive.
To exacerbate the situation, I discovered that CheapOair failed to process my request entirely. In a surprising turn of events, the airline they claimed to have contacted has no record of receiving any request on my behalf. I took the initiative to reach out to the airline directly, and their representative informed me that they could easily address my concern if only CheapOair would submit a request.
This lack of follow-through and failure to initiate the necessary steps with the airline has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, I expect a travel agency to be proactive in resolving issues, especially when they have been contacted multiple times about the same matter.
I strongly urge others to exercise caution when relying on CheapOair for their travel needs. Based on my recent experience, their apparent unwillingness to assist and their failure to process requests in a timely manner can result in significant inconveniences for travelers.

Name changes/corrections take time and we do not go through the reservation office we have to reach out to the travel agency desk so when you call the airline they will not have any details of the request, but the concern team is working on the request.
I've been screwed over so bad having to pay more money than I should have ever done because you have people that don't know how to do their job and can't speak REAL English!

I'm using Cheepo air for more than 10 years. In my opinion this is best one than Expidia, Price line and others.

I was penalized lost my flight due to incompetent reps, the wait time is horrible, and they could not locate my information. After 5hrs of waiting for supervisor and no call back the 5th person I chat with help me to get on a flight at 183.00 US when all I was trying to verify time change on flight was told airline cancelled flight and was lied on and said I cancelled the flight better training is needed so one doesn't have to go thru what I went thru and lost 4 days of my family vacation won't refer anyone to you guys

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
