Very helpful. Still confused on my baggage. I have x2 23 kgs and x1 Carry On? Just can't see that confirmation but I have for my flights and seats, where is confirmation on my baggage.
The sales man entered my name wrong and then he refused to correct it.My name needs to read as follows:-
JOSEPH NGUI MWAU NDOLO.It should read that way to reach my name on my passport!.Please correct it and delete the "Dr".
The sales man,Philippino I guess,who had very poor communication skills and at times his accent was hard to understand was also unfriendly especially when would ask him to repeat what he just said.it is 16 days now since I have been asking you people to correct my name so that it reads the same as on my Passport but no response to this day. I would never again book a flight with CheapOair, never and neither any one in my family and friends.You people totally irresponsible and don't care about customers.

Bad policy for cancel and refund. Bad policy… 30 days-60 days refund and had to be reminded many times but still received a refund. Initially said 7-14days refund and then I reminded many because over 14days… and then they tell me watting refund for 30days-60days

I thought I was getting a good deal of a trip. The site somehow got my daughter's name erroneously, when I asked them to correct her name, they said they'll have to charge me for making that correction. I thought it was rude of them to make me pay for their mistake, and I decided that cancel the trip. Although I canceled half an hour after the purchase, meaning within the 24 hour window for cancellations they still charged me $50.00 as cancellation fee. Needless to say I'm never going to book with Cheapoair.

CheapOair just gets worse over time. I've used this app for over 5 years. In the past, it allows the passenger to use points and redeem for either an e-gift card or directly to a new booking. However, since last year, those points became unable to redeem. I have ******* points that equals to a few hundred dollars that cannot be redeemed and used. I contacted their customer services a few times and they can only copy and paste general instructions on their website that doesn't work in reality. Do not waste money to book from them.
They did said when i made the booking that i needed my full name so i didn't include mely middle name. Also they did NOT INFORMED ME THAT BAGGAGE NEEDED TO BE PAID SEPARATELY! Im flying to Guatemala but must make a stop so i have to pay four times for luggage! That is absolutely RIDICULOUS! EVERYTIME I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TRY TO SELL AN ADD ON TO MY BOOKING

Your flights were booked, confirmed and ticketed the same day you booked Feb.14 looks like you went to the airline website and tried to use the Cheapoair confirmation which does not work on the airline website therefore you thought you didn't have a booking.

Don't agree with the charging in US $. I'm in Thailand using a Canadian Credit Card. There is better exchange rates. Otherwise the service here and in the past has been OK.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
