This is one of the worse run companies I've have ever dealt with. If you need to return anything you better make sure you don't accidentally lose the tracking number! First, it takes over a month to ship the product and that is only after I had to email multiple times to check on the status of my order. Then the item arrives looking much different than the photos and much too small. No warning on the product online was available noting there could be a difference in Asian and American sizes. Next, you have to email to get special instructions on how to return an item. The first reply was asking for photos of the product when I was only asking for a return since it was too small. I have never heard of that. Then, I'm offered $8-$12 refund for a product that I paid approximately $65 for. That makes completely no sense. The return address was in California to a "Jimmy" when it appears the company is in Asia. And finally there appears to be absolutely no communication between this random address of "Jimmy" in California and whoever is running this business because there was is no way for them to confirm they received the product. They just kept telling me they need the tracking number. I understand I lost my receipt and that's my fault, but I would expect there could still be a way to confirm the package arrived on their end. I guess lesson learned, I'm out $65 I'll never order from this company again and You shouldn't either.

I purchased a winter coat online from Charrcter.com in early March. I needed the coat for a trip I planned overseas. The coat didn't arrive before I left. I spent 3 weeks overseas and the coat wasn't here when I returned. I called them. "Anna" was effusive in her sorrow and concern, but she couldn't give me a ship date. I spent weeks trying to get "Anna" to specify a shipping date. She could not, but she was "sorry" for that. Finally I demanded a refund. Anna told me the refund, too, would be delayed, but she was "sorry" for that. After waiting three weeks for a simple credit card refund, I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute.

These people advertise things they apparently don't have in stock. And they stringed me along with sob stories, apparently in the hope that I would forget that they failed to ship and to refund.
