Such a variety, I never purchase diamonds anymore.
This is a highly reliable organization, very accommodating and professional. The ring is stunning. Even my jeweler was amazed at the quality and look. In my opinion, much better than diamonds that can be off color and too expensive for the result.
Was buying a gift, and needed assistance. The person I spoke with was smart, helpful and happy to help. Outstandingly good. I will buy here again, because I got to speak with a person, not an automated voice. Companies that don't employ persons in customer service will eventually lose because the quest for profit, often leads to dead ends which damage a carefully built reputations.
I purchased a necklace. It was received when i was in the hospital with pneumonia it took a month to recover, that's when i got to finally open the package. I like the pendent. I would have returned it and purchased a ring. Since i opened the package so late i was not able to return the pendent. It is a beautiful pendent but i would prefer a ring. I have worn the pendent once.

Even though this purchase didn't quite hit the mark, we had no problems returning for a prompt refund.
We only wish that more of the deep green Moissanite was regularly available as part of their sales promotions.
1st I ordered what I thought was a pair of. 5 carat earrings but what I received only one. I called moissanite and they explained it to me. So I ordered another one and never received it. Month later checked my credit card and was not charged so I ordered another one AND SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN?!?! Now I am stuck with one earring and can't wear it..
I was astounded to receive such fast service on both of my orders, and I felt o veer all treated very well!
Took advantage of a fantastic clearance sale and purchased a Moissanite ring. My purchase was delivered promptly, was packaged very well, came with paperwork to register my product, and I received guidance on the authenticity and care of the product. Most importantly, the quality of my Moissanite ring is awesome.
Ordered ct studs. Earrings are dull and lifeless no fire no color. I have other moissanite purchased years ago that is Much better. Mountings cheesy. Stones cloudy
Customer Service was difficult to talk to. I tried to get info about additional pieces and would have spent $5000. Phone customer service person was not able to help beyond what was printed in the online description. Which I can read for myself. They were unable to answer questions about design details or whether one of the rings could be sized or if the silver w platinum overlay could be sized. They were unable to provide details about a mounting that did not have back side pic.
These earrings look so much like diamonds that I worry sometimes about getting hit over the head for them. They are super nice. Got them with white gold settings. I would love to go back and get a nice pendant to go along with them.
I have owned a moissanite three stone ring for 10 plus years. I wear it every day because I love the design and comfort. I recently lost one of the stones and found this website to order a replacement. It was a great experience buying the new stone and then taking it to my local jeweler for setting.
Now I have my beautiful ring back and it's as beautiful as ever. I own a number of diamonds but still love the brilliance of my moissanite stones.
I purchase a stone for my ring that I have owned for about 10yrs. The size stone I purchased was the wrong size (my fault) but I'm looking for a jeweler to fix it. I purchased frrom QVC. They will not replace the stone... I thought it was under warranty.
I was so disappointed and had I of bought my earrings I would have returned but they were a gift from my husband, and he ordered the 1 carat diamond size each ear, HOWEVER they are less than the 2 sets of diamonds I have the least being 40 points each. I would say they are about 30-35 points and NOWHERE near the 1 carat diamond size each ear.
I would love a 2-3 carat diamond size pendant but so expensive I might as well buy diamonds. They are pretty, but not worth the cost.
Good product, timely delivery. Not the finest jewelry but good enough for those of us who don't have a bunch of money to spend. Looks good and impressed my wife's friends and that makes me look good.
Love my Mojssanite 14k gold pendant and necklace. It was just as described and I love the quality of the chain.
