This is the first time that I have ever tried to have a challenge coin made. I have been in the volunteer service for 56 years and at age 73 now it's time to slow down. I wanted to have something nice to give the remaining volunteers of rescue squad before I started to take a break. I hope the coin will be as nice looking as the proofs that you sent I have no doubt that it will. Holy smokes, our challenge coins look amazing. I needed special assistance with my order, as I only had partial information and wanted to piggy-back off of a former employee's design. The customer service for ChallengeCoins LTD was better and faster than I expected--within an hour they'd pulled up the info I needed, and within another hour or two, I had proofs to review. The invoice was correct, and the coins look great. I strongly recommend, and I will use them again should the need arise.

I submitted several revision changes and the Sales Representatives (Michele and Victoria are the ones I remember) were always courteous and responsive. At one point I apologized for the number of changes I was making so our products looked the best they could in the design and Victoria's response was: "No need to apologize! Please continue to make any and all changes required until you are completely satisfied." I greatly appreciated that. And I will continue to use your organization not only because of the excellent product you produce but because of the excellent customer care.

Our company designed a challenge coin for a major business milestone and chose Challenge Coins Ltd to help us with this project. We received fast responses on proof drafts (made several revisions) and the customer service team was excellent to work with. We had a small window to place our order, but we received it in plenty of time and was very impressed with the quality of the product. We are very happy with how hard Customer Service worked to try to get us our coins by our deadline - which they did! There was a little confusion during the ordering process, but they were right on top of getting new proofs back to us for approval. We chose the glow-in-the-dark enamel, which is a bit greener than what was shown on the proofs, but we're very happy with our coins overall!
My experience with Challenge Coins Limited was great. They were very courteous, very punctual responding to my many requests for design changes and very patient considering the many changes I requested as they finalized my coins' graphic designs. I just wished they could have made more recommendations during the graphic design phase; however, I understand they are somewhat constrained when it comes to making recommendations.
