Slow response... slow mailing. Over 3 weeks and my packages are still sitting there. I have tried everything I know. Bottom line, shop some where else.

Ordered two pairs of Chacos.
Received a pair of sunglasses.
Realised immediately that it was a scam when I received this email:
'The current status is Pending, it may display "Do Not Honour". But it does not matter, There will be processing results within 24 hours, Please be patient!'
Had to cancel my credit card.

LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE BELOW, I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING CHACO SANDALS BUT RECEIVED A CHEAP SET OF SUNGLASSES AFTER A LONG DELAY. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REGUND THEY SAID THEY SENT THE CORRECT IEM AND COULDNT REFUND ME IF I HAD NO PROOF THAT I RECEIVED THE SUNGLASSES (EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY DOCUMENTS WITH THE ORDER) BUT AN POST LISTED THE ITEM AS SUNGLASSES. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

chacoaustralia.com is a scam. I received a tracking number and four weeks later the parcel arrived, but it was a cheap beanie, not Chaco sandals. The real US-based business does not ship to Australia but there are some retail outlets that do have the brand.

This is not a legit Chaco website. It is a scam. I ordered three pair. I received three unrelated - totally different shoes than i ordered and to top it off they were incorrect size. The chaco emblem is even missing on one shoe. Customer service told me to keep the shoes and they would give me 10% off next order... They even went as far as saying they recommend that i keep the shoes as it would cost more to return them. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and hope for a refund. Picture below of shoe without emblem are Women's Z/2 Classic Athletic Sandal Wicker Mandarin size 6, I ordered Women's Z/Cloud Wide Width size 7

I ordered 2 pairs, thinking I was ordering from a legit company. However - it took 3 weeks to receive order. Once received, shoes were not in a box and also not what I ordered. I immediately contacted for a refund, and return label and have been "arguing" with them for week +. They first offered me a 5% refund (2.50!) and said that I would get 10% discount on a new order. I said that was unacceptable - they shipped me the wrong shoes - I should not be penalized for their issue. Then they said I would have to pay to have those sent back WHICH is more then the price of the shoe. Also unacceptable. I ordered what I wanted, and received entirely different shoes. Again, I should not be penalized for their issue. I'll be contacting my bank once they open today. This is ridiculous. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This is one site that you might think is a little pricey for hiking or boating sandals, but it's not. These shoes will last you a lifetime - seriously, your entire life. They are so durable and well-made. The company itself is a family-owned business that encourages their employees to bike, hike, and paddle with the gear. It's just an incredible brand from beginning to end.
