I ordered 2 pairs, thinking I was ordering from a legit company. However - it took 3 weeks to receive order. Once received, shoes were not in a box and also not what I ordered. I immediately contacted for a refund, and return label and have been "arguing" with them for week +. They first offered me a 5% refund (2.50!) and said that I would get 10% discount on a new order. I said that was unacceptable - they shipped me the wrong shoes - I should not be penalized for their issue. Then they said I would have to pay to have those sent back WHICH is more then the price of the shoe. Also unacceptable. I ordered what I wanted, and received entirely different shoes. Again, I should not be penalized for their issue. I'll be contacting my bank once they open today. This is ridiculous. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
