I would like to say that my experience in NSW was quite poor, while in *** was excellent. I'm rating this 5-stars as *** from ***toria was able to turn around a very poor experience prior to my car arriving in ***toria. She went over and above to assist me in receiving a car a certain day, fully understanding that the next business day I had all my *** *** and Inspections lined up. I really do appreciate this extra care to accomodate my reasonable requests. Would definitely recommend *** and Ceva. If only everyone in the company was like her.
The whole process was easy, from booking and dropping my car off to picking it up at the other end. Transit time was much quicker than expected, and I appreciated the option to transport personal effects in the car at an additional cost.
Good verbal communication when you get through to operator which can take sometime. The only issue is with tracking online with none of the dates being accurate. The car is intransit online in one area 14 Nov and then in another area it says that it is waiting for despatch on the 18 Nov. Vert confusing and tracking system does not seem to live.
Delivery scheduled with window of time given as 8am-2pm. That meant taking a precious family leave day. By 2:30 I tried to find a number to call and inquire but there was nothing on their email or on the tracking website no way to contact customer service. I called the merchandise company and they agreed "they are hard to track down". She was able to find out they plan to deliver the next day rather than on the scheduled day. No one called to tell me. And I had to take another family leave day. What a waste of my time and money - they are out nothing and they don't care.
I am very dissatisfied, after sending in all my documents to where I purchased the vehicle to be then advised after my vehicle was not collected because I did not send in the paper work to Ceva as well. They rescheduled days later for collection with the vehicle to be dropped off 5 days later (it's only an hour from the pick up and collection points!).
I again tracked my vehicle down and discovered
it was not collected on the day I was advised and it now won't be collected until the following week.
I am in urgent need of this vehicle for work and had I known this would have happened, I would have gone with another supplier.
During the past 12 months I have used Ceva to transport my vehicle from one end of the country to the other multiple times with and without luggage. Their service is always paramount to that of any other transport company I have used; they always ensure their customers are looked after and the vehicles are taken care of. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone wanting to transport their vehicles. Thank you Ceva!
We left our car on the 14 sept to be driven interstate by the 30th. When I went to get at the other end they advised it was still sitting in the other state. No phone call to tell us of delay. Ended up costing us a lot of extra money in hire cars and despite daily phone calls to speak with someone senior management ignored all my requests and calls. Final email response (no phone call) basically said so sad too bad we really don't care. Also a scratch I queried on the car, was told I would hear from warranty team within two days of final car pick up. Guess what a week and a half later have heard nothing. It is now the 13th October. Do not use

The booking process was smooth, and the car arrived in Brisbane on the day as scheduled.
Only disappointment was the passenger side mirror was broken on arrival. It appears someone had maybe moved it to fit in a tight spot and not put it back. You will see in your photo taken at drop point that the mirror was in the correct spot. We did not notice it at pick up until we were about to drive off, and rain was looming so we did not have time to take care of it. The lady *** who drove the car out for us saw that we had a problem with the mirror after we had said all looked good to go. Once we arrived at home we realized the mirror was broken off inside. We have had to have it repaired. ***
I don't have a negative experience to report but I booked my transport online, had my car picked up and it is waiting to be transported. I haven't had a phone call from anyone at Ceva as yet - at pick up, at storage, or awaiting transport. Assuming my car will be delivered as planned but would be nice to hear from someone.
I chose Ceva as I had confidence that would would deliver a great service. From when I booked to when the car arrived everything was easy. I could keep updated on progress with the tracking device. It was quick, efficient and the contact I had to get documents for pick up was no fuss and professional. It was a great experience.
When I submitted my online request for vehicle transport, the confirmed date of delivery was two weeks later than what I had been told over the phone. I called and it was immediately rectified, but I felt I shouldn't have had to call to follow up in the first place.
Having a car transported from queensland to victoria. Online tracking is useless. If you call you get an overseas call centre who read off the incorrect information from the online tracking. Unable to speak to anybody in Australia regarding the status of my vehicle even though it is 3 days late. Have been calling everyday and told i will get a callback, still hasnt happened! Very frustrating.
Contact with the seller was not good and they arranged to meet in the afternoon then didnt ring and didnt call but collected the next day.
Contact at our end was brilliant, I received a call and was told when it would be delivered and it was delivered during the middle of the time frame given and the car was in excellent condition.
More care should be given to communication at both ends, not just one, but otherwise a fantastic experience.
Gary was exceptional in giving up to date info pn the car. Booking was a breeze but no notification give by phone to me. I have to login to the website to see whats going on. If you forget the tracking number you have to go back to email. Ceva should have an app where the tracking is live. On the website the tracking is not updated as it happens

Its seems our tracking on the website is not updated however it is updating every time its reach the destination like depot, agent, or wharf. At this stage we cant provide the real time location of the vehicle however we are working on it to provide a better service and transparency to our customers.

I used CEVA on this second occasion due to the very positive first experience and I was not let down. Everything was professional and quick, the pricing was very competitive and the vehicle arrived earlier than I expected. Importantly, it was also in excellent condition.
CEVA provided a very straightforward process for transporting my car. Communication was excellent and I was able to track the progress of the job. My car was delivered early on the predicted day which was especially pleasing.

I am very happy the way CEVA help us to transport our vehicle from Perth to Melbourne. Price was very reasonable & drivers who collected & deliver vehicle from home were very friendly & professional. They delivered the vehicle in time in good condition..
All the relevant information to transport my vehicle from Brisbane to Melbourne was provide by the very helpful lady in the office who took down all my details and made all the necessary bookings to make the experience very painless. The vehicle arrived in Melbourne before the scheduled date which was a real bonus.
I have an issue that the delivery address says Depot but I have paid for car to be delivered to a private street address.
This is now resolved to my satisfaction and I appreciate the fact that I was contacted when I raised this issue. That's great service!
