I was in the process of writing a letter etc in respect to my terrible experience just recently. I must say. I have used CEVA before and never had an issue.
Ok so it starts like this, I get a call from the driver telling me his whole working day (OK). And the time he will be arriving, So few hours pass get another call from driver telling me I will have to meet him in town as his truck was this and that. I then explained I have paid for a door to door service, and I have used CEVA before and have had the biggest of trucks drive basically infront of my home and drop the cars off there. But he carried on, and by this stage I was tired and well over it, so I then agreed to meet him infront of the pub up the road from me, still an inconvenience as mind you there was 2 cars I had to work out how to get there and back to pick cars up etc. via text…again I mentioned will meet him at the pub and to call me when he arives. I just wanted to finally get the cars at this stage, so anyway I get another call telling me his only up the road and he will send me a link to his location via google maps. We also have a serverly autistic child, who needs 24/7 care, but both my partner and I had to get him in the car etc etc.Asuming the driver wasn't to far up the road, But when I clicked the maps link driver sent me, he was like 15 to 20 minutes away, as I maintained my composure and control my anxiety along with my stress levels, OH BUT IT GETS BETTER!. When we finally got to the drivers location, my partner and I just looked at each other in total shock. Out of all the streets and roads and land, paddocks.the moon … This guy decides to park right infront of a primary school at school home time, KIDS AND PARENTS EVERYWHERE WITH A BIG TRUCK ON DISPLAY, along with my 2 vehicles already taken off the car and parked on side of street but infront of school at the worst possible time. I was actually going to tell the driver to to follow me way more closer to my home, but my vehicles were already taken off. I did mention WHY on earth he was so far away. I don't think I got an explanation. Mind you, we all had to do this trip again to get the original car we drove there in, to drive x2 cars back home. So my stress free door to door service I paid for. Turned out to be one of the most stressful events EVER..
We have used CEVA on a number of occasions and we have always been very pleased with the Service
Great communication overall a Great experience, floorless delivery.
Great in all aspects but I found CEVA to be quite expensive
Did not pickup vehicle apon arrival or make an effort to do so. Did
Simple and quick.
