I write this positive review as there seem to be some negative one.
Car collected on time from the Gold Coast and delivered to Inverloch in Victoria.
Pick up was on time, delivery was 3 days ahead of the estimated time.
CEVA tracking showed status of delivery. CEVA called the day before delivery and the driver called about an hour before to confirm actual time.
The car arrived in perfect condition, no damage, which was a relief as the car was a an expensive unit.
A wash soon removed the dust collected on the trip.
My experience was certainly a positive one.

The transport arrangement was timely and an easy process. I would have liked the vehicle tracker to be more up to date. According to the tracker my car was delivered to Davenport TAS and waited there for 5 days, however once the car tracker was updated it was only there for a couple of days.
We found that a lot of information was missing of the form that had to be filled out.
It led us to believe that we could have the car delivered to our house, as that's what the question asked, only to find out at the last minute it could only be delivered to a certain place.
Delivery was good, but there was a little lack of communication throughout, but got there in the end.

The call centre is rubbish. I spoke to several people, and all of them had no idea about the services that are offered. For example in one of my many phone calls I got into an arguement with one person who said i can't have the factory *** and tool kit in the boot because no tools are allowed to be transported, then when I dropped off the car, the people on site said I CAN have the factory *** as it's part of the car and up to 60kg of stuff in the boot without extra charge. (even though i didn't). The staff on site at both depots were all very friendly, helpful and very professional. The call centre was painful
*** came to the rescue when we were unable to drive home to Melbourne from Perth due to fires and road closures. The Receptionist and the young man checking in the car were very thorough. The car arrived on the due date with no damage.
Our car was meant to travel via road from Sydney to Brisbane after being collected on the 30 August 2021 and take 8 to 10 working days. We have just received the car in filthy condition yesterday 22nd September after it transported via ship from Fremantle Western Australia! I believe they lost it.
The tracking app is useless and inaccurate and stated road transport right through to delivery when it actually went on an International Ship
The call centre is a waste of time with language and communication barriers leaving us frustrated and angry with no answers each time.
Would NEVER use them again!
Ive tried for 3 days to book with interstate car carriers, tried to book with ceva took 10 mins to book and pay. Thankyou for making what was a stressful 3 day ordeal to a happy ending taking 10 mins to finalize and cost $6 more.

First telephone call to receptionist at pick up and delivery was excellent to deal with and the pick up guys were excellent,easy to deal with and very helpful.

Easy to book through CEVA and vehicle pick up was on time and friendly. I was nervous waiting for my car as it was travelling across Australia to Perth during the bushfire crisis. My vehicle turned up early despite my concern about delays.
Your overseas call centres are worthless!
Lied backtracked and couldn’t give a straight answer.
Luckily the lady by the name of *** in Melbourne got to the bottom issues and sorted everything out in the time frame she promised. Call centre should be in Australia. Thanks again ***

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Lies lies and lies! They do not care. Items were STOLEN from my vehicle, paperwork and books upended in the glovebox, vehicle damaged, delivered with warning lights on the dash, blatant lies from delivery drivers and so-called "customer care". My claims case was closed before they even looked into it and Ceva never notified us of that outcome. Completely inadequate communication and customer care.
Vehicle was delayed several times, they don't know where your vehicle is and you can never get a hold of anyone in customer care or complaints. They do not care about your vehicle, they do not care about the customer.
Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone.
Beware of this company I paid $911 to move a vehicle from Melbourne to Newcastle only to discover the vehicle had been pick up from the dealership & taken to a holding lot uncovered for 5days before being loaded back on a truck & driven to Sydney only to be put back into another holding yard for a further 4days before being loaded back on another truck & taken to Newcastle. This was never explained to me as i would never have agreed to the process especially when paying top dollar compared to other transport companies.
Whilst the car was in Sydney I had another company pick up the car from the Minto holding yard & deliver it to me the same day. Communication is also difficult as you talk to a call centre located in another country.
This company should make there customers well aware of the process prior to payment.
Gave updates re pick up date for car in WA. Able to track the car’s travel very easily. Car was in *** earlier than estimated. CEVA receptionist was pleasant when calling re my car’s arrival & on the day. They were very organised at the depot. *** at the depot was pleasant and professional.
I recently used CEVA to deliver my car, and I have to say, I am beyond impressed with their service. Not only was my car delivered sooner than I anticipated, but the process was seamless and stress-free.
The team at CEVA clearly takes pride in their work and strives to exceed their customers' expectations. Their dedication to ensuring that my car was delivered in good condition and in a timely manner is what sets them apart from other delivery services. I highly recommend CEVA to anyone in need of a top-notch delivery service.

The call center is rude and lie about procedures.
There is a female customer service agent who lied, and misrepesented., her words exactly, i dont have a supervisor who can assist you, and i will just transfer you to austin. What do you want me to to say sorry, i cant do anything about it, and someone else lied to you not me. Horrible and then hung up on me when i said i will wait on hokd till i speak to a houston supervisor
Lady dealing with me today was patronising unhelpful and rude. Spoke to me like i was stupid putting her hands up to
me in an aggressive manner. She did not know how to deescalate a customer issue. Needs customer serv with me to resolve an issue
