Lady dealing with me today was patronising unhelpful and rude. Spoke to me like i was stupid putting her hands up to
me in an aggressive manner. She did not know how to deescalate a customer issue. Needs customer serv with me to resolve an issue
The whole process was very easy from the online booking to the drop off and pick up. My vehicle arrived at the destination in a very timely manner, right on schedule. The service both at drop off and pick up was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ceva and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I recently sent a car to Melbourne, the process with CEVA was quick and easy. Within 24 hours of selling my car it was safely in CEVA's yard ready fro transport. The guy working in the yard doing the car inspections was an absolute legend.
Product shipped over two months ago and I still don't have it. CEVA "Track & Trace" says refused and undeliverable address which is total BS! I'm relying on American Express to get my $800 back! Never I repeat never use CEVA Logistics for anything! They should not be allowed to operate in the US!

Through a Victorian car yard, CEVA Transport was contracted to move and deliver a car. Keeping track of the vehicle was easy and kept us update with what was going on.
The day of deliver the guy delivering the car called and gave a 30min window for delivery and was spot on time. He was polite and friendly and showed good care for the vehicle. He is a credit to the CEVA company.

You buy a car worth a fortune, and then you trust someone to deliver it to you, but please do not chose CEVA, their service is horrible, I can understand logistics cannot commit on time always, but atleast they can help you track it efficiently, but this company has a horrible service. Staff is pathetic when it comes to service
Still haven't got my New Tesla model 3 as it was sent to wrong address half way across the country. Bad communication, no one knows whats going on. Don't go with this car transport company its been a very stressful time!
The van arrived in Darwin a lot quicker than expected. When we made the booking online we were told the van would arrive in Darwin on the 8th Nov but got the phone call it arrived on the 28th Oct so very excited to get the van but the bonus was it arrived early. Wanted to move a vehicle Qld to Vic. CEVA online booking was easy, and dropping the vehicle off was so convenient as they were so close to Brisbane Airport. I was able to track the vehicle and received great service when the vehicle was delivered to my office.

Could not be any more annoyed, paid overs for delivery and expected prompt service, Vehicle still sitting in yard even though was planned for movement 2 days ago, If I had known this at time of booking I would have flown over and driven the car back, I am now with out a vehicle and paying for a car with no definite time of delivery, DO NOT USE CEVA EVER!
Car arrived prior to delivery date which was great.
However, the car sat in the depot for 6 days, prior to final delivery. The car was left in an unenclosed area where staff havd access to vehicle to sit in and eat their lunch. McDonalds and Subway papers, wrappers and napkins left in the car and stuffed in bumper bar. Wasn't really impressed.
Otherwise all good.
It would be nice if we were able to send a few items in the car that would really help with the entire move although we understand there is the covid aspect to it, we could have covered the boxes in a plastics film and sanitise the items and send it along

First time using any freight service and couldn't be happier with the team.
Mabelle was supportive and helpful with my questions and no request was too much when I made mistakes with the pickup address and time.
I booked and paid for this delivery on 8th July and vehicle was delivered to Adelaide Depot on Friday 9th July. The vehicle sat in the yard there until I chased it up on Tuesday. Wednesday it was still sitting in yard in Adelaide. Very poor service.

Simple to use site but when I got the conformation email, it had confilcting info regarding covid operations.
Its been cleared up now, but perhaps you should review the standard info in your automated resonse wrt pickup in NSW & Vic.
Things have not been going smoothly, haven't received confirmation of pickup and it was meant to be picked up yesterday. Nobody is getting back to me either.

Good experience tracking on journey would have made it easier to plan the collection from our point of *** collection was pleasant and straight forward.
