The receptionist at both departure and arrival were extremely helpful and competent. Ceva is a very professional outfit, I felt confident leaving my vehicle with them. The guys that did the "scratch check" were very polite and pleasant to deal with. An awesome mob!
Final quote was cheaper than initial quick quote which was a good surprise!
My car left WA sooner than expected and arrived 2 weeks earlier than the estimated date in NSW. Professional service and very easy to deal with. Car tracking was really helpful.
Booked online 1/12, emailed paperwork as requested, on 5/12 when I followed up they had lost the paperwork and then found it. Ron in customer service promised to come back to me with an ETA, no call. Again 6/12 I rang, "I will send Ron a message to get back to you". Now on the 7th day from booking, I message again via the website, with no response. Do yourself a favour, find a local guy with a tilt tray, dont rely on these guys.
We have put our car on 9/6/2020 (NSW) and still waiting for 1/7/2020 (WA). Should be in a week, when we call customer service, they said, they waiting for the rail company to give space, all bull, that is not customer problem, call one week later the same answer and the car is still in Adelaide rail station.
Very disappointed and there no system to complain, we send enquiry to the email but same answer.
Super easy. Only bad point was my car was given a hose down upon arriving in Brisbane and was left in the sun. Ended up with water spots all over it, would’ve been happier if they just left it *** so I could clean it myself.
The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the difficulty presented when booking, due to service staff with very strong accents, this makes booking unpleasant, constantly repetitious with failure to take down correct details making it necessary to utilize 3 staff just to give basic booking information that should not have taken longer than 12 mins to acomplish
Ceva have been contracted to move a trailer interstate for us and have done nothing but lie and gaslight us. There has been constant lies in failing to communicate to us, and ensure that our trailer be picked up and delivered. When trying to contact anyone, you are given the run around through different people and every where leads to a dead end where you don't actually get to speak to anyone. The only person we have been able to speak to has been in an international call centre and wasnt able to actually give us any tangible information. Ceva will lie and say they have attempted to call you when they havent, and will simply decide to not pick up or deliver your items. A disgrace.
The online experience is good however there were a couple of matters that I would like to have talked to a Perth staff member about and the call-centre was, like most call-centre experiences, less than adequate.
I found my experience with *** good and efficient, although my car arrived with a window that had fallen down but which was fine when it left the vendor. I am prepared to accept that this was a transit thing and took everything apart last Saturday and saved myself $150 at the garage by fixing a fairly difficult and complex job myself. The defect was reported to Arliegh at your Melbourne depot who was helpful.
As an account holder with ceva I had to pay in a hurry fir an online quote due to short lead /confirmation time as it was close to Xmas, when I received my account price there was quite a difference so I asked to have it swapped for account price. Sorry We can't do that was the answer I got. Not happy
Competitive pricing. Very courteous on the phone. Communicated well letting us know where the car was ie. Being picked up, in transit and on arrival. Pick up and drop off very smooth. Vehicle arrived in good condition. Friendly staff.
The booking for my car to be transported from Brisbane to Townsville was made on Monday. They picked the car up to take to the depo and that's as far as it has gotten. It still hasn't been booked onto a truck yet. How can they not know what they are transporting 5 days ahead of time.

Had some issues as the car is very low but we got there in the end the car traveled from Perth to Adelaide, and I just went and picked it up and was very happy. Those wanting to bring their lowered cars or race cars you can trust these guys, thanks team, cheers
Highly professional service dealing with the team at Brisbane. Smooth drop off and pick up. However on the negative I did not like speaking to an overseas call centre when trying to get details about a local pick up during COVID-19.
I was given an unrealistic estimation for my car to be moved. After having the car for a month in their depot they didn't move it. I tried to call them but their call centre is useless and they don't care, when I finally got transferred to a depot they basically told me tough luck and because of Coronavirus they couldn't even tell me when it would go on a truck. Their website says they are not negatively affected by the closed borders but they are very quick to blame it for their lack of organisation, planning and poor service.
I booked me car to be moved online. The forms were easy to complete. I then had to pass on some finer details, your customer service was smooth and efficient. I received a call on pickup and arrival, on time and my car was securely transported. I could not be happier, job well done...
CEVA provide an excellent transport option to deliver my car from NSW to Tasmania within an agreed time frame. Their tracking portal gave up to date information on the location and delivery, and I receive a call from the local depot as soon as the car arrived. I can highly recommend this carrier for transporting vehicles.
Overall not a bad service, however I paid for express and the vehicle stayed in the yard for 3.5 days. Arrived on a Saturday morning 8am and delivered on the Tuesday afternoon. Given it arrived early it could have been delivered sooner not just what until the last day of expected delivery times. Even the driver said he could have delivered sooner. Strange! Appears to be a little bit of money grabbing here, just my view.
My car was picked up on the arranged day in Brisbane, and delivered to my home address in Adelaide well within the estimated delivery time.
The truck driver called before coming to my residence to make sure someone was home on the day.
He was very friendly and obviously keen about his job and had a passion for cars.
I should most importantly add that the car was delivered in perfect condition. Very happy.
I would like to say that my experience in NSW was quite poor, while in *** was excellent. I'm rating this 5-stars as *** from ***toria was able to turn around a very poor experience prior to my car arriving in ***toria. She went over and above to assist me in receiving a car a certain day, fully understanding that the next business day I had all my *** *** and Inspections lined up. I really do appreciate this extra care to accomodate my reasonable requests. Would definitely recommend *** and Ceva. If only everyone in the company was like her.
