Certifikid has been really awesome for our family! We love getting out together, adventuring together, having fun, and trying new things, and we've been able to do more of these activities thanks to deals on Certifikid. Deals have info about when they're valid and when they expire, helping me decide if they're helpful to our family. I do wish they had more deals for tweens and up, but activities for the older kids can be challenging to find anyway. I highly recommend checking Certifikid for deals for your family!

I found out about Certifikid from a mom in my moms group when my son was only 6 months old. He's 5.5 now and we have had so many wonderful experiences because of the awesome deals on Certifikid! We've gone apple picking, Leesburg Animal Park, My Gym camp, Gymboree classes, Scramble, National harbor, and Port Discovery museum to name just a few of the highlights! We've not only been able to save a ton of money but we've gotten to experience new and exciting things I might never have found out about because of Certifikid! It's the ideal "groupon" site for parents!

My family has been using Certifikid for the past three years to get great ideas and deals for fun things to do with the kids. We've gone to pumpkin patches, shows, sporting events, museums and more for much less money than we would have paid otherwise. We have also found so many fun places we wouldn't have otherwise known about! We have made so many amazing memories thanks to deals we have bought on Certifikid. We love the site and recommend it to everyone!

I am a single mother of 2 minions who love doing new and exciting things. On a single parent budget that can be pretty hard. I discovered Certifikid around 2015 and it's been a godsend. I have snagged so many deals that help me create beautiful memories with my minions. Interactions with the staff and even the Mom squad have always been so pleasant. I love being apart of this community and sharing it with other moms who enjoy it as much as I do.

I purchased a summer camp deal from Certifikid and found out that the vendor went bankrupt at 5:30pm the week before my daughter was to begin. Vendor wasn't replying to messages. Wrote an email to CertifiKID at 6:30pm (after business hours) explaining the ordeal, asking for a full refund, included the voucher number as well as the confirmation email from the vendor listing the camp dates for the following week. I expected them to follow up with me the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I woke the next morning to see that CertifiKID had refunded me the full $320 I spent on the voucher at 11:30pm the night before! That's good customer service. Anyone who had paid for the same camp directly through the vendor probably lost all their money. I'm grateful we didn't.

I purchased $25 for TWO SNOW TUBING Tickets for Montage Resort. The voucher stated that it expires on March 31,2017. I went there over the weekend and the resort was still open. However, they closed the tubing early when we got there. I spoke with the GM there and they told they cant refund me since I bought it from a third party, which was Certifikid. I emailed them and they replied "We have spoken to the vendor regarding the early closure and they will honor your voucher for next season so you may use it then once they reopen". Unfortunately, we do not have the means to go back and forth easily when the place is 4hrs away! Nor we plan to go there ever again after this experience. I emailed the vendor asking for refund to no avail. Even though its a small amount, my hard earned did not deserve to be cheated on. Their customer service just keeps dodging and not helpful at all. Buyers beware of this merchant!

Certifikid does not clearly advertise deals with all details and then when you the consumer realizes that the deals are shams, they tell you they have a 5 day return policy and basically they look forward to your continued business. I bought a birthday deal for my sons 3rd birthday at Monkey Joes. As it is similar to BounceU we assumed when it said private party room it would be like our parties before. Not at all! It is open to ALL during our party! So, my 3 year old could be having their party at the same exact time as a slew of 12 year olds with no rotation or barriers etc. This is unsafe and was not at all clearly advertised by Monkey Joes nor certifikid who publicized it. Stear clear of this company! They don't care about their customers and do not vet the experiences that they aimlessly promote. STEAR CLEAR OF CERTIFIKID!

I don't write reviews, but I had to for this company. I was advised to use this site to purchase tickets for an event my daughter was performing in, and while on this site I looked at other things Certifikid promoted. I saw an offer for a make-your-own jewelry company where you send in your child's artwork and it is turned into a piece of wearable jewelry and sent back. I purchased 3 of these for $78. However, the coupon was only good for a month and we did not get the artwork into the company in time (our fault, yes). I emailed customer service if we could at least use the amount we paid for the voucher towards the price of the items but never heard back from Certifikid, basically rendering it worthless. At least with past Living Social or Groupon sites, if the voucher expires you are allowed to use the paid amount towards a purchase (the non-promotional value). I won't be using this site again.
