I purchased a summer camp deal from Certifikid and found out that the vendor went bankrupt at 5:30pm the week before my daughter was to begin. Vendor wasn't replying to messages. Wrote an email to CertifiKID at 6:30pm (after business hours) explaining the ordeal, asking for a full refund, included the voucher number as well as the confirmation email from the vendor listing the camp dates for the following week. I expected them to follow up with me the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I woke the next morning to see that CertifiKID had refunded me the full $320 I spent on the voucher at 11:30pm the night before! That's good customer service. Anyone who had paid for the same camp directly through the vendor probably lost all their money. I'm grateful we didn't.
