Just BS. Dont even use them. Paid money to unlock my GALAXY S2 and got code which did not worked. Contacted Customer support who said need to buy another code( defreeze code) in order to unlock which will cost another 29.99.
Dont even give refund back. DONT USE THEM...

Paid $25 to get my note 2 unlocked all the info they sent to me does not work. Asked for a refund so they said i had to make a video of the phone not being able to be unlocked and post it on vimeo. Did that still no refund. The site says you can get a moneyback gaurentee BS is all that is BEWARE of the crooks and go somewheres else before they rip you off too!
Service was awesome! Sent in my IMEI, paid and got the unlock code in no time! I was having trouble inputting it and was so frustrated I practically gave up. This was in April 12, Then last nigh I gave it another try and they still replied to me very patiently and courteously. I find out that I was actually doing something wrong on my end! cellunlocker.net advertises on their site to have the 'Lowest price Guaranteed' on an unlock code for my phone. I found out I paid more than double the price on the unlock code I purchased. I asked them for a refund on the difference since their site advertises "Lowest price Guaranteed" but they would not honor my request and said that I would have to ask them to price match before paying for the service. So beware that they do not stand by their price guarantee after you paid for the service.
