They delivered as promised. I got my iPhone 5 unlocked in 24 hours. Now the phone is factory unlocked and it was quite a steal@ $29, considering AT&T's unlock approval process and contract completion. Highly recommend them for unlocking services. I see a lot of bad reviews and one thing i want to say is if you cannot follow simple instructions sent by them to use the unlock code to unlock your phone or screw up doing so, then please don't waste your time wishing for an unlock from online services like this, you should go buy an unlocked phone from the market with full price, if you can't then stay with your locked phones or change the phone.

Phoned and emailed Virgin Australia over a two month period for an unlock code to port my phone from Virgin to Telstra. Virgin insisted it wasn't locked to the Virgin Network and eventually told me because of this they could not provide me with an unlock code.
My LG C3310 phone was giving the message "Insert right SIM card" whenever I installed the Telstra SIM card. Not totally convinced I gave up on them and ordered an unlock code from Cellunlocker.net for the princely sum of $7.99. The unlock code and instructions for its use arrived in my inbox 5 minutes later and Bingo!... my phone is now unlocked and running on the Telstra Network. I am mightily impressed with Cellunlocker.net and in future wont even bother contacting the service providers for unlock codes. :)

I sent in a for a code and paid, then waited three days while they repeated spammed my email for a confirmation of my city/state. When I finally got the code, I followed the instructions and nothing worked! Sent them the video as well as a screen shot of my code and they refused to refund, requested yet another video. I tried every solution they put in the email and nothing worked. Their response was quick, but its a nightmare to try and get my money back.

I found Cellunlocker through Google search along with a few others.

Some how i ended up preferring to try their service and although it did take a little longer than was promised, it worked out pretty well.

I'm using my iPhone unlocked, getting updates from iTunes and enjoying sim free capabilities. I tried two different carriers so far and it works great.

Now I can use the carrier of i always preferred. I am very happy.
