I ordered a case and a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy 5G phone on 10/14/2024, I received the cell phone case but did not receive the screen protector so I went online and sent a message about the short order, with no response so I sent another message by reply of my order form still have not heard from them here on 10/30/2024 and afaid I will not --- I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Don't order from here

I wish I went with an otterbox from another source instead. My screen protector came cracked and trying to contact this company about a return or replacement has been met with silence. I've tried 2 different attempts through 2 methods over a week and they simply do not respond to your queries. I'll try texting them next with little hope it'll do anything. Wish I never shopped here and went with a better more reputable company.

They describe their products with catchy descriptions, and boast of the quality of the product, when they are really selling low quality cases, and very low quality screen protectors! Their customer service is non existent as is their return policy. They will not respond back to emails of any kind... I highly recommend that you bypass this site and shop somewhere else! I've attached a picture of the screen protector cracks and this is not from a drop, just low quality and extremely thin

Seems like a scam

Website looks good with what seems to be a great choice of cases but that's where it ends I'm afraid. Weeks after my expected delivery date I contacted them because the item hadn't arrived. At first they responded asking me to wait longer which I did. When it still didn't arrive I contacted them again but got no reply at all. Luckily my loss is only about €20 but I would advise anyone to be very wary about paying for goods here, seems to be a gamble so only spend what you are prepared to loose.

Don't do it!

They over promise and under deliver. If you actually want to receive a case, go to any other site. They will let you hang for days and then cancel it without any notice as to why. Non existent customer service.

Don't buy from them

I ordered a case for my phone exactly. Received on time, looks good, phone doesn't fit. They totally will not respond to requests to return and get a larger one. There is no way to talk to a person, only text and e mail to which they refuse to respond. Buy your phone case somewhere else is my advice from my experience.

Colorsmart.com will not respond regarding Fraudulent Company Charges!

Website misleading
February 8, 2024

I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector. I immediately requested that my order be canceled and I ordered the correct screen protector. I never got any response or confirmation that my order had been successfully canceled. So the next day I tried again. Again I got no response. A week later I got the wrong screen protector delivered to me. I attempted to contact customer service so that I could find out what I need to do to return the order and get a refund as I was charged for the order. No response. 2 days later I got the correct screen protector delivered. I attempted again to contact customer service to see about doing a return and getting a refund on the incorrect one which they sent me even though I requested that it be canceled. No response. So needless to say I never got any refund for having the wrong screen protector delivered even after I requested it to be canceled. I still have never gotten a response back from customer service.

Very disappointing
November 15, 2021

Ordered 2 wrong cases. Followed their instructions for exchange but they claimed to never have gotten the returns I mailed back. They are no longer communicating with me. I am currently out $40 and would never order from them again. Order your cell phone cases somewhere else.

These ppl are trying to sell their unsold damaged items and after replying for the first time to e mail they stopped answering. They said they will send another replacement immediately with tracking number but never did. Stay away from this thieves..

Scam Fraud Scam
September 24, 2020

After purchasing 2 cases with an immediate charge to my credit card about 2 months ago, I have not heard or seen anything from this fraudulent company. There also doesn't seem to be any recourse by way of contacting them... I have tried every option on their website with no luck in reaching a human. Don't even consider this company... you might as well flush your money down the toilet.

Motorola case

Sent me wrong case which fitted my phone but was clearly designed for a different model. It had cut outs in different places. After sending them photo evidence the seller stopped responding. No chance for a refund or replacement. AVOID!

Worst company ever! Sent wrong case and screen protector. Won't respond to several messages over 6 days. No phone number! No chat.
DON'T BUY THEIR CRAP! And Norton protection What a joke!

Phone leads

I would not deal with this company, they are selling phone leads and parts that only last the 30 days then no warranty, they would not be allowed to do this in Australia. Poor customer service but good at taking your money

So dissatisfied

I ordered online two cellphone cases and was charged on my credit card immediately and then I waited and waited. One month later, and still nothing, emailed inquiring, they asked me again for my address, I sent it back to them and received a response stating, They don't know where they are, will refund in 10 business days! I am shocked! This is not the customer service I was expecting as they sure advertise how amazing and quick they are, but I certainly didn't see any of that!

Before you purchase anything from this company that might have to be returned just throw your money any instead of the hassle. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong case and sent back for a replacement of lesser value. Over two weeks neither has happened. Messages unanswered, emails ignored and when the emails are replied to it's some automatic crap. They did say when they received my returned order I would get a refund but they've had it for over 2 weeks and NOTHING.
