I ordered online two cellphone cases and was charged on my credit card immediately and then I waited and waited. One month later, and still nothing, emailed inquiring, they asked me again for my address, I sent it back to them and received a response stating, They don't know where they are, will refund in 10 business days! I am shocked! This is not the customer service I was expecting as they sure advertise how amazing and quick they are, but I certainly didn't see any of that!

Before you purchase anything from this company that might have to be returned just throw your money any instead of the hassle. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong case and sent back for a replacement of lesser value. Over two weeks neither has happened. Messages unanswered, emails ignored and when the emails are replied to it's some automatic crap. They did say when they received my returned order I would get a refund but they've had it for over 2 weeks and NOTHING.

I purchased a screen protector that arrived with cracks. I wrote customer service the same. They responded asking what I purchased despite my order # being included. I replied and it's been a week and no further response and I am still within the 30 day return window.

Great product. Crystal clear. I'm surprised how this fits the new iPhone perfectly meanwhile it is being an early accessory. Product's design and material used give me good confidence that my phone is well protected. I would recommend to new iPhone users.

For such an inexpensive product, I'm totally happy with the case. It's not the mega-protection an Otterbox provides, but it does have raised corners, looks great, slips easily into my pocket, (I skipped putting on the screen cover since I don't like them), and provides a bit of protection from drops and scratches.

I ordered a phone case, cover and other bits from them. Paid and never heard a word despite many emails. Not received my order for over a week, tracking is useless, no contact number and they don't respond to emails. Seems like a scam company to me as it seems they just don't care once they have your money, so my advice is don't be taken in by the price and purchase from someone that has a contact number in the UK. May cost more but you should get it, I certainly will NEVER use these guys again. I feel as if I have just been conned! Very disappointed

Text: Wanted a case that would go with red iPhone 11, this is a perfect match. I've dropped it 4+ feet more times than I want to admit to, so far so good. Also looks like new after months of use which is a first for cases for me.

It wireless charges with the case on. Is thinner than other protectors but still sturdy. The edges comes out a little which is good for impact absorption. Overall very happy. All the buttons are located in the right positions

I ordered a cover for my cell phone online from CellPhoneCases.com, and paid $3 extra for their "expedited priority mail." It took a week though for delivery to Texas. Their website indicates that they use DHL Global Mail. I mistakenly expected the 2-3 day USPS normal delivery time for priority mail. I asked CellPhoneCases.com for a refund of the priority mail postage, but they refused. I see that many other customers are also having bad experiences with this business. My guess is that most customer service issues are probably never resolved.

I love this case (I mean as much as it's possible to love something like that). The clear case looks sharp on my iPhone 12, fits snugly, is really easy to grip (it doesn't slip off stuff!) and feels pretty protective. Very durable, has held up well after several weeks of use and several drops of my phone.

I like this case a lot. It's very simple and clean. I just started using it so I don't know if won't yellow etc over time. But there's a nice grip and the buttons are easy to access. Shows off my iPhone really well and looks clean.
