Those slightly sicker than I originally had thought, the case feels good in the hand! It offers a slick field, without being too slippery. A slight lip to protect both the screen and camera housing on rear, well thought out design. It's withheld a few drops from both myself and my one year-old son, so It's safe to say it does the job!

I asked for help putting my screen protector on as the directions are useless. All I got back was a generic reply that was less helpful than the original instructions. Cannot use the product and would cost more to return the item than what it originally cost. Waste of money.

I ordered and iPhone se 2020 case in mid April 2022. At the start of May my case arrived and I found it to be marked as an iPhone 7 case and was much larger than my iPhone se size, resulting in it being mot useable for my phone. I checked my order and as found it to be for an iPhone se case. As a result I emailed the company explaining the situation and asking them to pay for return postage allowing for their mistake. Six days later get a return email telling me to return item at my expense from the uk to The USA. Not worth it! I will put the item in the bin and would recommend no one use this company as their service is some of the worst that I have experienced. Thank you Michael

First of all misleading- they advertised as 'cellphone cases uk' -and advertised the product price in £. However, in reality this company is based in US and when the payment came out my account it was in dollars- which subjected me to a foreign currency transaction fee and a higher exchange rate. More importantly- the product has never arrived and it has been WEEKS. No hope of satisfactory response to my complaint. No refund. I would avoid using this company entirely.

They sent me the wrong product. When I wanted to return it - which, its not any good as it was a screen protector - I noticed that they didn't have a phone number and they didn't send me a receipt with my order information. That has never happened to me before, I order tons of things online.

They also never sent me a confirmation email after I ordered it.

I tried contacting them via email and got automated responses that were completely irrelevant to the issue.

Problem was never solved and I wasted money because of this business.

If you look at the photo you can tell they never even read my original email I sent that accurately, and specifically talked about the issue at hand.

Stay away.

I just received my order from cellphonecases.com and am very happy with the products. The cases fit perfectly and are high quality materials. I chose a Tuff brand cover and it protects the phone very well and it came in a fun pattern too! The price was very reasonable, comparable to Amazon, which I was concerned about ordering from because of all the fit and quality issues, you just never know what your going to get. If shipping is free I'm NOT going to complain about it taking a few days to get here either!

It doesn't slip from your hand, which was a problem with my previous cover. Love having the stand on the back! That's definitely a pro of this case. I'm worry about visible scratches to the surface of the cover but I guess time will tell!

After scrolling and looking through a lot of phone covers, I finally came across this and ordered it. It's really amazing (quality wise - tough, durable and holds the phone well). Since it's transparent, the pacific blue colour of iPhone 12 pro stands out. Really happy with my purchase.

Wish i had read reviews first. Ad says shipped from warehouse same or next day. I think that indicates quick service. After couple weeks i emailed them to see where my case was or at least give me a tracking number. Return email said it does not give tracking numbers and 20 business days was normal because i was in Canada. I told them that was not true. I sent my ECM computer from my motorcycle to US for repairs and when repair was completed, it was shipped and i received tracking number within 2 hours and received my part back 2 days later. I have ordered many other things online and have never waited 20 business days for anything. I have no idea if product is any good as i not received it yet. Glenn Gibbons

I just got it today and it's definitely made a great first impression. I got the 12 Pro (Blue) and doesn't take away from the color. Very clear and reflective. Not bulky at all. It's pretty slim. It feels like your holding the actual phone. I can't speak in the durability but I'll update my review if it's not or it starts to turn yellow.

Ordered this before I received my iPhone 12 Pro and luckily, it fits perfectly and looks really nice. The case is very clear and clean so you can clearly see the phone underneath it. Highly recommend!

This does exactly what a case is supposed to do without covering the beautiful color of my phone. It's easy to handle, strong enough, still fits into my pocket with no trouble, and protects the phone.
