Had one issue with shipping wich made me frustrated but when I emailed them... by far the best and yes I mean the best care service I've gotten over a mix up. They emailed back right aways about the issues they were having and made thing right.

If I could have chosen Purolator, DHL, carrier pigeon, African swallow, or just tying my weed to a dog and praying he'll find his way to my house, I definitely would have instead of tracking my parcel around Lethbridge for days and days during a postal strike. I still don't have it, but I'm sure it's on its way and everything is 100. So anyway, Trump's still in office... pretty cool... If you're into Trump, and probably strikes. Not me though. Overall I am satisfied with the product. I am annoyed that the order wasn't filled as ordered. We had spoken about making contact if there were to be substitutions, yet that didn't happen after I was assured my order could be filled.
This Electric nail arrived really fast. I ordered it late Saturday night and received it Tuesday afternoon. This is the 2nd one I've owned. I like this product because I use a lot of concentrates. This nail is in use a lot.
My old one lasted 5 years. Do not use these Use the to set The temperature for the first time. It remembers the temperature when you turn it on after that. Don't not set passed 999°. If you follow these instructions it will last a long time.
It started to give me error messages, so I am mailing it back. The seller said the money would be put on my card when they receive the item. I mailed it back today, they should get it back by the end of the week. I talked with a representative by the name of Jill. I believe she was from Amazon but she was very helpful. I would've gave them a five if the electric nail worked. Overall it was a good experience.
By far one of the best companies Ive dealt with for customer service. When I placed my order, the website showed they had stock of a product I wanted but it turned out they didnt. Not only did they replace the product with something better, they wrote me a HANDWRITTEN personal note apologizing for it. I was absolutely blown away. Ive never had someone treat me like that.
... I found the site by referral. I decided to try it out. Made a small order first. Ordered it on a weekend so it took longer then expected (for me). But I received it none the less an I was like oh neat! So I decided to order again... this time couple hundred dollars worth. Ordered before 10Am Tuesday. Got the free express shipping. It is now Saturday and my shipment is still in kelowna. No updates. No email of whats going on. Expected delivery was June 8th. Due to the fact I ordered during the business days and appropriate time for cut offs. Like I said in unimpressed.
5Star Rating! I received my order with wrong items that i did not order. Once the owner got my email notifying them of the error my email was immediately responded to and the owner arranged a call to me to rectify the situation. They then sent me the items I ordered on the spot and they told me to keep the wrong items received and to give them a try. I would highly recommend SD Ltd as I think they went over and above my expectations! Im a very happy customer!

I been buying from shatter doctor for 2 months now. Two weeks ago canada post said my package smelled like weed so i never got my package shatter doctor sent me a new package but im short a half O of weed & 1g of shatter so i do not reccomand this company go to doctor shatter they are better then shatter doctor
They have there thing setup on weedmaps under ottawa when its actually in BC so a package i paid for expressshipping that i thought would be here in a week is gonna be around a month, if i would have known this i wouldve been able to travel to ottawa and go to a store front...
I ordered some weed, shatter, and some wigglers on Boxing Day. They arrived 3 business days later as promised.
They Substituted 2packages of sour keys and promised to send the wigglers when available which is more than fair! We are very satisfied with the service and are recommending Shatterdr.ca to all of our stoner friends!

I oredered with you guys 7 days ago and my order is still sitting in Kelowna. You say Express Shipping over 150$ but I'm not sure this is Express at all... Pretty Ridiclous espicially the fact that it took 5 days to get my order to a post office after completion.
Customer service is prompt and awesome! Old shipper accidently sent a couple wrong things I didn't order and they promptly corrected it! $#*! happens but you guys rule!
Great products and responds very quickly to emails or inquiries. Shipping is fast and if its not, blame canada post. Just saying lol. Overall super happy! Would absolutely recommend :)

Hey Bree! I am so sorry about your order :( I will start an investigation with Canada Post as to why it still says at the originating facility. As much as we wish we did, we can't control orders that have issues once they leave our hands, but we are always willing to work with you to resolve the issue if you notify us by email to resolve it. I will get a new order in the mail on Monday while Canada Post figures out what happened to this one.
In regards to your order on the weekend, we can't ship on weekends as Canada Post is closed. All packages ordered on the weekend go out the next business day when Canada Post is open.
