I ordered an anarkali customized to my size. I was afraid of the quality and fitting of the piece when it would arrive. However, it appeared just as the picture on the website, fit me very well for the most part, just had tighten the sleeves some. Otherwise, the color, fabric and fitting were all up to par. I received MANY complements about the outfit and recommended this website to them as well. Thank you!

Low quality

The delivery was fast bit was expected as I paid a premium for the shipping. When I got the garment the colour was clearly different from the picture and the quality of the fabric is very poor. It feels like cheap fabric that Halloween costumes are made of.

Defective Product

"... and the address mentioned is provided to our customers to return their parcel in case of issues." So wherever you live in USA, you have to return your parcel to the stated post office address. I think in USA there are plenty of post offices and NOT ONE. It looks like they have no knowledge of parcel handling in USA. I hope they know what they replied.

Wearing the suit in function a guest point out a HOLE in the same suit which had a mismatch Duppatta.
After more than 30 days with several emails Cbazaar refunded the amount of the suit on condition that I should remove the NEGATIVE review and place "5 star review". Trying to buy me for few bucks. I cannot provide false info to my viewers. It is what it is.
Also note that the address 12 Schalks Crossing Road, Plainsboro Township, NJ on contact page is the address of Post office (USPS) not of their office.

Last year I ordered one suit and didn't arrive in time. After lengthy to and fro email I got my refund.
This year ordered two suits, arrived in time but one suit was mismatch. On contacting them, they said as per email that:
"regret to inform that we are not able to reprocess the same dupatta as per the website image as it was used only for photo shoot".
So its something like fishing customer showing attractive pictures on website and sending something different.- Its FRAUD.
According to their policies, they dont want to refund money but would give store credit so that they can grab you again. Be careful before doing business with them.

Don't honor Deals

There was a promo on Cbazar that orders before June'15 will be reached before Eid or its Free. I ordered 8 products on May'18. On june'10 one of my ordered product got cancelled by cbazaar and they told me that they will give me the same deal, therefore i ordered another product the same day. Yesterday when i enquired about the delivery, the customer service told me that none of my product comes under Eid Promise and product will reach after Eid. I don't know why these guys post promos when they cannot honor it. NEVER EVER GOING TO SHOP FROM CBAZAR AGAIN

I have ordered from CBazaar multiple times... There quality and workmanship is not consistent. Most of the time few of the outfits are not good... This order one outfit was completely off. Busy measurements 1inch bigger but what bothered me was that I ordered without CANCAN (that adds fluffy ness to the bottom seems like they just removed the CANCAN and never adjusted the diameter of the bottom skirt... now I have to spend another $20-$25 for alterations. Calling them is useless because they are always right... no customer service. There are not plenty of online sites I will not buy from them again

First of all they gave us a month date for delivery after purchase which is okay. However i got a mail after 15 days of waiting that i should choose any other product as this isnt available. When i called customer service tjey had no idea abt that email. Theypromised to deliver on time. Then i received another mail saying, quality check was done, its not satisfactory, choose another product. I called back they said thts an automated email, disregard it. However quality check was done and it was bad and they would still get it for us on time. I forward that email to relationship head and products head of cbazar to get reassurance coz this product was for groom. No one ever responded. Anyways product was timely delivered after i called couple well times. When it reached, it turned out to be designer kurta not sherwani. Even my wife who is not indian and has done some indian clothes in shopoing just twice could figure that out. Cbazar has good ways to make people fool. Utter nonsense, waste of time. We ended up buying a sherwani 3times more expensive for groom in hurry...

Waste of money

I ordered the dress which is worth of $ 77 and the cloth was not at all good and the size was so big and the dress was taller then me. I ask them that I wanted to return this dress and they started that keep the dress we give you store credit of $30 when I don't wear it and it is not good why will I keep it I said I don't need it and its been one week I am waiting for their response to return it. No one responded and Its really bad customer services they have and they are cheating people.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered 2 simple khurta/pyjamas for my son for an event that is taking place. They arrived on time but are the wrong size. The initial person I chatted with told me they would resolve the issue within 12 -24 hrs.He also asked me to take pictuures and send them which I did. I never heard back. Then I chatted them again the following day more than 24 hrs later --and was told that I would get a response via email 24-48 hrs later... I told them that this was unacceptable as the event is 1.5 weeks away and I was told originally that I would get a response within 12-24 hrs. So then they asked me to give it 24 hrs. I did that and never heard from them. So i chatted them again. They told me that the shirt looked right and that the tag must be wrong. So they asked me to take another picture of my child wearing it! We are now into DAY 3 of this ridiculousness. I kept emphasizing that the reason I ordered from them is because I do not have time to search locally in the US and need these for an even that is not happening in about 1 week. They then further insulted me by giving me a $20 store credit... why would i want to spend more money there if they are not helping me get what I need in the first place?

Great Experience

Seeing some of these reviews had me nervous, but both my Anarkali Suit and my Umbrella Lehenga arrived today. They are expertly stitched and they fit me perfectly. I did not use the standard sizing, but had them stitched to my measurements. They are absolutely divine. I am in love with my Umbrella Lehenga and the Arnarkali Suit is perfect for a light weight party suit. Shipping was as expected. I have learned that when buying internationally, small delays are the norm. I was surprised at how quickly these items were made and shipped, especially since many holidays fell during the making of my order. I was pleased that customs is automatically added on to the purchase price, so I didn't have to include that at a later date. I love the affordable prices of the garments by ordering direct. I was additionally pleased to find that my custom front open request was granted and done in a beautiful way that lends gorgeous accents to the outfits. Front open closures are a must for me during the infant stage. Thank you for my beautiful clothes. This order experience was pure excellence.

Just unacceptable customer service! I called them many times to let them know that i dont want any store credit instead i want my money back for the iteam that i send. I also emailed them about that but they just did what they had to, they gave me the store credit which I didn't wanted at the first place. As if they dont care about their customer wants and need! If they would I wouldn't change all the three items that i purchased from this website! Never going to suggest this website to anyone, one of the worse experience!
