After my hastened purchase with CBazaar, I soon became very remorseful about my purchase as I began stumbling upon a slew of negative reviews found on various review sites; online shopping can be a nerve-racking experience as it is, but to order from the other side of the world and to hear such horrid reviews made my initial experience all the more gut-wrenching. Given that I was beyond the 48 hour refund period, I took in a deep breath and submitted my measurements as to proceed with the order, all the while with feelings of pessimism that I may too be soon joining the category of unhappy customers I read of and wondering how CBazaar might fail me.
So, the conclusion? CBazaar truly went above and beyond to ensure my utmost satisfaction as a customer and I must say, I could not be happier with my experience. Customer service was always available to provide assistance, especially Roopa, who provided some of the best and most courteous service I have witnessed regardless of how petty or trivial the matter I brought forth might be. To continue, I was assisted throughout the entire purchase process, from the initial ordering stage, to determining measurements, to package tracking. What's more, despite being shipped from the other side of the world, my package arrived in a timely manner, by the promised date. All outfits were meticulously wrapped, there was a package of free bindis included (such a nice gesture!), and most importantly... the outfits were made of high quality material, resembled the online descriptions and illustrations to a tee, and the fitting was excellent! Although there were a few minor hiccups along the road due to miscommunication, the customer service team diligently resolved all issues in a timely and highly satisfactory manner. I must admit, given all the negative reviews I had read, at times I acted as a rather erratic and troublesome customer, but CBazaar always patiently supported me and cooperated with me.
It's truly very saddening to see how many negative reviews appear online, which I guess can be considered human nature - as someone will more like to repost a negative experience than a positive one. Nevertheless, my experience was nothing close to resembling any of the negative reviews. All in all, I am so glad that I went through with this order and now have three stunning Anarkali suits to add to my wardrobe. I will definitely be purchasing from CBazaar again, and I will be posting a follow up review once I do so that I can report back on consistency of service.
Without hesitation, I would recommend that you give CBazaar a chance as they truly have a stunning online boutique, coupled with excellent customer service and a timely delivery service.
