I bought ONE saree from cbazaar, and they sent TWO. They charged for TWO. I returned the saree like they told me too, and I payed for the shipping cost. The amount they owe me is $63.10. For like one month, I have contacted them by calling/e-mails/chatting. They always say that they will fix the problem tomorrow, but they never do. Okay, SO THEN, 1 MONTH later, the gave me a gift voucher. Guess how much they gave me... Not $60... $40. Alright fine, it's whatever you know? So i bought a bangle from them which together with shipping and everything is $43. SO i ordered over the phone, and 1 lady toke money from my credit card, I let her, because I already lost $20 from them, $3 won't hurt. Haha, you want to hear something funny? They toke that money too :) My story doesn't end there... They gave me a gift voucher for $61 dollars, I was really happy! BUT THEN, i went to buy something, and the gift voucher had " technical difficulties". It's pretty funny actually because they don't have these "technical difficulties" when they take the money, but the do have these "difficulties" when they are supposed to return my money. So here you go, I got robbed of $66 dollars from Cbazaar...

Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for a dress for my baby shower. I placed the order almost a month in advance and paid for expedited delivery as well just to make sure that there are no issues in the end. I also called the customer care in between to ensure that order was still on schedule. I did not want any problems in the end because being 7 month pregnant, I cant run around to buy myself a dress if this one doesn't come through on time. Well, thanks to Cbazaar, that is exactly what I ended up doing. Right before the dress was about to be shipped, I got an email that there will be delay of about 10 days! This was because the fabric failed Quality Check! I DO NOT CARE! Being a customer I crossed all my ts and dotted all my Is just to make sure that my baby shower experience is smooth and beautiful. But CBAZAAR RUINED it for me! Finally, I had to cancel the order and run around SAN DIEGO to find a dress for my 1st baby shower. Stressed to the core. I can't say how exhausting it is to run around and try 10 things in this condition. I WILL NEVER shop from Cbazaar. I suggest that you order 2 months in advance for any special occasion as well. I would give them a negative rating if I could. They sent me two pant suits - one I couldn't zip up and I had given them my correct measurements. The second was just pieces of fabric that were never sewn together. I wish I could show pictures. I ordered both pant suits for a wedding and the wedding has come and gone. Here is the email they sent me in regards to my request for a refund:

This is an unacceptable response. I've been patient and kindly requested a full refund and they tell me I need to get the pant suits altered locally and they will repay me in store credit. How is that a value to me? Not to mention, the wedding had already come and gone and I don't intend to wear the pant suits in the future.
I've also had several other friends who received pant suits they were unable to fit into. Cbazaar's quality is clearly inconsistent and their customer service is not professional. They don't seem to care about their customers.

I ordered 2 simple khurta/pyjamas for my son for an event that is taking place. They arrived on time but are the wrong size. The initial person I chatted with told me they would resolve the issue within 12 -24 hrs.He also asked me to take pictuures and send them which I did. I never heard back. Then I chatted them again the following day more than 24 hrs later --and was told that I would get a response via email 24-48 hrs later... I told them that this was unacceptable as the event is 1.5 weeks away and I was told originally that I would get a response within 12-24 hrs. So then they asked me to give it 24 hrs. I did that and never heard from them. So i chatted them again. They told me that the shirt looked right and that the tag must be wrong. So they asked me to take another picture of my child wearing it! We are now into DAY 3 of this ridiculousness. I kept emphasizing that the reason I ordered from them is because I do not have time to search locally in the US and need these for an even that is not happening in about 1 week. They then further insulted me by giving me a $20 store credit... why would i want to spend more money there if they are not helping me get what I need in the first place?
