Buyer beware. They offer returns but the return policy is a scam. When the clothes didn't fit I asked for a refund. I spent $102 on the clothes. They offered me $10 credit and I could keep the clothes. I told them the clothes didn't fit and I needed a refund. They then offered $20 credit and to keep the clothes again I said I wanted a refund. They came back with $40 credit. I told them it was unacceptable and they told me that was the best they could do and if I wanted a full refund I had to pay the expense to ship the clothes back to Dubai (even though they advertise they were out of South Carolina). The shipping costs to Dubai were almost $200. It's not worth the risk

DON'T DO IT! Simply google cayred reviews and you will see all the negative reviews of this scam company. I am writing on behalf of my mother who got scammed the same way as other customers. The product you receive is not what you see on the website. It is made poorly and of cheap material and once you receive the poor quality overpriced item they make you jump through hoops to try to return just to offer you $12 when you spend $80 etc. Better business bureau gives them an F and complaints have been filed. I will be filing a complaint and disputing the charge.

NEVER AGAIN! Cayred is NOT USA company & has shoddy women's clothing. No "contact info" except email. (Located in DUBAI) They offered $14 credit for $80 purchase! After 5 e-mail's & negotiations, their final offer was $40! Return shipping & customs is expensive. BUY USA!

I ordered 2 dresses, total of $95.00. Claim items were from NC, I received items 6 weeks later. The items are poor quality. I reached out to Customer service to get information on how to return items and they offered me a $25.00 and said I can keep the dresses. (Honestly, I wouldn't use these items for rags - very poor quality of material)
I tried to submit without chosing an overall rating - they aren't worth the 1 star I had to give them.

I ordered the pink outfit that they advertised on several different websites under different names. The material is paper thin and see through. I cannot find their customer service number ANYWHERE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM or their cheap merchandise from their numerous aliases! I want my money back also😡

I ordered several items from this company, it took them over 6 weeks to ship to me. Once I received them, 3 of the items did not fit, so I requested to return them, they offered to exchange for a larger size, which I agreed to, but then they wanted me to pay shipping, to return the items and shipping to receive the new sizes, so I requested a refund of the items that did not fit, they offered me a $15 refund and told me to just keep the items. WHAT? That doesn't even pay for the shipping! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased anything. The customer service is a joke as well as their return policy. If I could give a 0 I would!

Says clothes are made in SC hardly doubt it since I ordered WEEKS ago, live in VA and still NO delivery. Wonder how to go about canceling… asking for a friend! Order was made Dec 13,2022

Not made in NC, but in China! Badly made, ill-fitting and inferior fabrics! Fought to get money back!
