Still waiting on my order that I placed on Feb 5th….thinking that I'd receive it by Valentine's Day….but tracking still says item is delayed.
Product is fine, but charged $13 to mail an envelope for $1.80. I think this should be streamlined or something offered to coordinate shipping or something more customer friendly.
