They offered $540 for my iPad WiFi/3G 64gb and sent me a UPS box to mail it to them. Then, two weeks later, they sent me a revised offer of $370. No explanation was given whatsoever, despite the fact that my iPad is only 3 months old, has no scratches, and works perfectly fine! I called their customer service, where I was put on hold for barely two minutes before getting promptly transferred over to their purchasing department. The representative in the purchasing department gave me lots of excuses as to why they had revised the initially quoted amount. I didn’t buy any of his reasons because I knew the exact condition of my device when it was sent out! Furious with what was going on, I requested him to send my iPad back because there was no way that I would ever be willing to take that little for my iPad. He refused to send me my iPad back, but gave me a counter offer for $425, which I gladly accepted. As much of a hassle it was for me to deal with cash fir iphones, I am glad I was patient enough to get a much better deal in the end.

It's been a month since I sent my iPad 3g 32Gb, to Cashforlaptops and I received this today, Device Price Change Approval and it's not even half of what I was quoted, I expected to receive $475 and the price in my quote of $220.
It was in perfect CONDITION and I do mean perfect. It never left my desk. I refused the offer and expect my iPad 3g 32 GB to be in PERFECT CONDITION when the return it to me. I not go to take it lying down!

Back in January I sent in three iPhone 4s 64GB phones in good condition and they told me the quote would be $116 for each. Thinking that the quote was a really good deal I sent in the phones. Two and a half weeks later they emailed me saying that after inspection they would give me $16 per phone. So... what happened to that extra 100? I called in and made numerous calls to customer service and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then the phone would hang up. After a week of this happening I called them again and threatened to have my lawyer call, only then did I get someone on the phone. I informed the representative of my problem and she said that there were scratches on the phone, which I told her that was a lie and I took pictures of the phones before sending them in to prove it. I then further asked for managements contact information so I could give it to my lawyer. The superior visor then said that she would add an additional $40 to my PayPal account, but she would not give me any contact information. This website is a complete ripoff! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
