Love the cases but their production timeline is really slow. I ordered a case that said "pending production" for 11 days. I messaged to ask why & got a fast response that said it takes 6-10 days for production. When it hit 11 days I sent a message again & told them now it says shipping label created. Then it took 4 days for it to be shipped out so I messaged again; I was told usps doesn't always update labels…and voila, the next day it was shipped out. Their service folks do a good job of responding but their shipping is way out of whack.
I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter. I attempted to return it right after Christmas and they said we had to keep the wrong phone case as they only had a 10 day return policy. It's ridiculous not to have a standard 30 day return policy. This is sneaky marketing. Read the fine print. This is a poor business strategy to force the consumer to have to keep wrong or damaged merch. No way to return within 10 days. We'll never use again.
I have had two strap cards which both broke, causing the phone to drop to the ground. It's used with an iPhone 11 Pro Max, one of the heavier phones. They replaced the first one, but not the second one, even though it had had just 5 months' usage.
The plastic alone might be better than a cheaper one on Amazon but it's not worth the price tag overall. In person, the image quality is pixelated, looks like it was printed on by a cheap quality printer. It's not up to par with the price I paid, I tried to return but I was asked to send pictures then I had to pay to return the item. I fell for the easy to return with no questions asked trap without reading the fine print. You have to pay for return shipping. My fault for assuming it was THAT easy but overall I wouldn't shop here again.
Avoid casetify! Adhesive disintegrated after 6 months of light use. Used mulltiple cases for my phone.
Haven't received any of my cases from my order. I contact them to be told my cases have been sold out. They offer switching them and then refuse to change one because I picked a case 20 cents cheaper. I can still order both cases on their website.
I received an incomplete order about a month after the order date. I sent their customer service numerous complaints and have yet to receive a reply. However, they continue to send me surveys to rate their product and service. Incomplete order, poor customer service, and product not as pictured. Very dissatisfied customer.
I ordered a glow in the dark case for my flip 3 to my surprise when it arrives it didn't glow in the dark so I left it in the sun for a while, still didn't glow so I emailed them they replied asking for proof basically when I provided I got an email 4 days later saying that I was confused and it isn't glow in the dark.
So I go back to check my purchase and it definitely states glow in the dark phone case it's in the name. They are blaming me for the mistake when it clearly states in the description and the title of the phone case glow in the dark. They offered I return it but that's not the point the point was they blamed me for being "confused" when it defines stated that it was glow in the dark.
I bought a "iPhone 14/14 Plus Camera Lens Protector" and it's broken already, only been used for 2 weeks.
VERY Poor quality! Not worth spending your money on this product!
It scratches easily, the first day I had it on then there's long deep scratches I don't even know where it came from.
And today I accidentally place my iPhone on my handbag buckle and it shattered! Just like that! Shocking!
And this product has no warranty. They don't specifically say anywhere on the page of the product but in a small fine print, so be very careful reading through anything on their webpages.
Honestly don't waste your money buying this protector from Casetify!
Paid $30 you think you'll get better quality and stronger proctor, but sorry you got scammed!
I'll just recommend you to buy ebay cheap lens protector which works better than Casetify! Last ebay cheap lens protector I got worked for more than a year for my iPhone! And $30 Casetify lens protector only lasted 2 weeks! Big joke!
And they are very slow delivery to Australia!
I can't believe first of all, I was stupid enough to spend $100 on a phone case. That was my mistake, but I was expecting amazing quality the phone case I received, looked nothing like the picture. It came discolored and almost like disintegrating on the bottom, right hand corner. I reached out to customer service. It took them forever to get back to me. I had to send three more emails for them to even get back to me and then they said, go ahead and send it in and once you do that, you can contact us for a refund, but I would have to pay shipping. Not only what I have to go completely out of my way to go to a post office. I would also have to come out of pocket more money for a mistake they made. All I was asking for was at least a partial refund because that phone case I got was not worth $100 plus the over a week wait to receive it. I sent another email and customer service still hasn't contacted me back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Don't recommend. Avoid at all cost. Ordered a custom case with the picture of my birth place city and they refused to print it saying it's IP without even trying to help me to find out some solution.
Bought a case as a gift and unfortunately it wasn't quite right, being quite chunky. As it was past 10 days they refused to do anything.
Cases are expensive for what they are.
I would never buy anything again here unfortunately, as the website looks good. Shame real life doesn't match up
I purchased a phone case in September. I had only been using the case for 1month when I noticed small parts of the design peeling off. Now I've only had it on my phone for 2 months and the design has half peeled off and continues to more everyday. I'm really disappointed with this. After reading the reviews on here I'm assuming it only gets worse from here…
I also tried to do a 1 star review (via their review link that's done by Trustpilot) and it suddenly said could not process the review and now the review link doesn't work? I find that very suspicious.
Better off buying a life proof or otter box case that will last years and decorating it yourself.
Horrible company run away from them they lie and then attach foreign transaction fees to you credit card and you have to pay to return and only get 1/2 back if you customize.you see the name casetify run in the opposite direction.I called on the day I received product I knew it was not what I wanted satisfaction guaranteed I call bull.there is no satisfaction guaranteed if you have to pay to send back to them and then only get 1/2 back because of putting your name on and on top of all of that you get charged a foreign transaction fee. If I knew about few could have put on the proper card,Do not waste your money with this company they are not soothe aggravation.
I bought 4 cases worth $144 Feb 2022. These cases are so cheap and not worth the price you have to pay for it. The casetify logo breaks off within a week or two of having the case on. I don't use my phone for any extreme activities at all so there's no reason for it to be as flimsy and cheap as it is. You're better off buying a case from Etsy that won't cost $60+

We bought the camera protector for the latest IPhone. First one broke within a month. Second within two months or so. We spent more than 50$ to not have a product. Amazon sells these 3 for 9 dollars and other similar prices around that pricing zone. We sure cant do worse by ordering there so thats where we will take our business. Above is a prime example of their customer service. You have been warned.
I bought a phone strap after being pickpocketed - I loved the styles they had up on Casetify, so I chose a leather strap from them. A few days after my order I see that I haven't been updated with delivery and, upon checking, find out that they are STILL PRODUCING the product and that it won't be despatched for a few weeks still.
I was told: "We have tracked your order down, your order is still undergoing the production process. Please be advised that our production team usually takes 1 to 6 calendar days to process your order. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive a notification via email."
I emailed to say that it was not at all clear on the website that the product wasn't actually available, I asked them to give me an update on delivery date and discount the order for the inconvenience. It was literally like talking to a wall. The same words kept coming up. They haven't done anything. It's been two weeks and the product is still in production and may or may not be despatched in the next week. Ridiculous really. I run a small D2C brand and although we don't always get things right, we certainly would never treat our customers with such blatant disregard and apathy. Absolutely never ever again.
Purchased the limited edition Mickey case for over $80. Less then a year later the sides had separated from the back of the case. I emailed casetify and they only warranty their cases for 6 months! Insane for the price you pay, obviously not confident that their products will last more then 6 months. Won't buy again.
My previous cases have included Pelican and Otterbox. After watching Mobile Reviews Eh, we decided to try Casetify's Ultra Impact. I got the magsafe, clear back with black bumper. First one failed in less than a month. A replacement was sent and that failed within 2 weeks. Same exact problem. The case is not pulled out of pockets frequently. It barely leaves my home so usage is far below normal. Extremely light usage doesn't case failure and they are offering 15% off for me to purchase a third case. Why would I want to buy a 3rd case? I've requested a different case to give the brand another shot. I doubt it will be honored. Very disappointing and discouraging for a highly advertised product.
Answer: Legit company, sells poor quality cases for high prices though. Would not recommend!
Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
