Customer service. Hopeless ( I have the repetative messages to prove it)

Long story short. With case ON (most shock proof drop proof one they sold) my new phone smashed just BE WARNED, should you get through and actually get proper responses CASETIFY Will take NO ACCOUNTABILTY. NO LIABILITY, and NO RESPONSIBILITY for your SMASHED DEVICE WITH CASE ON

Ok then and what about your guarantee regarding the cases are shock and drop proof?

This is my 2nd case from the company. The first one lasted about a year before turning yellow, which happens with clear plastic. So for the 2nd one I decided to get the black plastic with a design and paid $49 with their Mother's Day discount. It is normally $58. After only having the case for 3 weeks, the design is peeling off. I thought it was a hard plastic insert but it is literally a thin sticker pasted on black plastic like something from the dollar store. I contacted customer support and after several Facebook Messenger messages back and forth, they said that it is normal wear and tear which is only under warranty for 10 days. Are you serious? A case falling apart after 3 weeks is not any kind of wear and tear. It's a useless poorly designed piece of junk. I have had cases for years that didn't look this bad. This damage was from just putting it in and taking it out of my pocket and purse. I would not recommend ever buying a case from this company. There are much cheaper and more durable options at elsewhere.

I just got to know Casetify last year and have already purchased like around 15 phone cases & other tech accessories! Their designs, creative products, unexpected colab items are really attractive and with their phone cases, phones can really get strong protection!

I love my case! The quality is good than I expected, and I am a careless person who always drops my phone, and the case keeps my phone safe! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family, love CASETiFY.

I recently purchased a phone case with strong protection, and I'm so glad I did - it has really saved my phone from damage. I purchased a phone case from them not too long ago and the sides are already dirty/the stars on the back are already peeling off. For such a high price, I would expect better quality from such a product. I tried writing a review on their website for this, and turns out they don't allow you to. They only showcase the 4-5 star reviews to make you want to buy from them. Don't waste your time or money on this website, and go for a cheaper alternative.

I ordered my case in early April and the production was put on hold ever since. But the $42.00 was taken out even though the case was never made. I have tried contacting them through their website 5x now asking for a full refund. No response and no refund and the case is still on hold almost 2 months later.

Order and receiving was ok. The Website well done. But that is all there is. It took a long time until we received the cares. The quality is extremely bad, made in China all the way. Bought 2 cares for iPhone 11 for my kids, spent >80€. Exactly 1 year later the rubber frame came off, at both (!) cases. Since they only offer a 6 month guarantee, guarantee is usually 1 year by law or even 2 years for material failutes like such, we only got a 15-20% discount offered for the next order. (Every other day they have 15% specials, so what makes this offer to me special?) Why would one pay another €80+, discounted €70 for cares that die in 1 year? Still crap

I have tried to give Casetify a chance but they have let me down multiple times.

Firstly, the customer service is terrible, if it even exists? I've tried to contact them multiple times with no reply. This was 6 months ago now. They have no email or number to call anywhere so the only way to contact them is through their website. A scam I tell you!

With both phone cases I've gotten from them the picture on the back has started to peel off after only a week of use. This is what I have tried to contact them about with no reply.

They are pretty protective, but my phone still got cracked with the most protective case plus a screen protector and only fell from less than one metre height onto smooth ground.

Please buy a cheaper phone case elsewhere. Or at least somewhere that has decent customer service.

Got cracks on my camera area 3 days after switching to this case. I didn't realize a whole strip on the back would be unprotected.

Never buy from them. I need to exchange my product. They said you have a 10 return period. I have sent the, 4 emails requesting a return label. No response.I tried to chat with them. I waited 2 hours and they never responded. I looked for a customer service phone number. They don't have one. They have a 10 day return policy they require which I can't get because they refuse to respond to any email. I'm concerned that the 10 days will expire and I will be stuck with a case that is not what I ordered.

Had this case for about a year. The bumper is now coming off. Every time I try to put it back on, it falls right back off. This was an expensive case, so I expected a lot better from it. Whenever I drop it, it completely falls out of the case. Do NOT buy from caseify!

I bought a phone case here and within the first week of having it, it broke. Terrible. They then sent me a new one and it broke again. Completely horrible. I will not be purchasing again. I do not recommend unless you want a broken phone case that does not protect your phone.

Quality is terrible. Case is bulky, flimsy and doesnt fit the phone well (iphone 13 pro). The customer service is terrible and the company makes you pay for any returns.

I brought a MacBook case off Casetify and they sent me the wrong size. They said it was my fault and refused to send me the right size. They wanted me to pay another $93 to send it back for the actual size a need or keep it and I loose $93. There stuff up = our loss Don't buy from them!

I was happy with my case when it first arrived. It was well packaged, arrived quite quickly and the case itself looked and felt great. Within 3 months, it's literally split in half. The wrap-around side piece has completely broken off from the back of the case. Just before the side piece began to come away, I took off my case to change my screen protector and noticed that my phone was absolutely filthy and covered in crap. I constantly sanitise my phone and case with a tech wipe. The case must have allowed the debris to seep in over time and mustn't have been actually protecting my phone this whole time. The case now doesn't actually hold my phone. It slides around and it's incredibly frustrating to have spent so much money on such a poor quality piece that doesn't even protect my phone. I also bought a screen protector which cracked within a month. I can't speak on the customer service, because I haven't bothered contacting Casetify. I'm so displeased with this case that I don't want to ever purchase or own another Casetify case. I've purchased from a different company and will continue to do so indefinitely.
