Drove the car home and started to hear an annoying noise underneath the car. Thinking it was just something that got stuck under the car I just ignored it; however, over the next few days it got progressively louder, and when I looked underneath in daylight I saw the problem - the entire undercarriage shield had literally been obliterated and was falling off (odd how that would get missed during their "multi-point professional inspection"). I looked on Carvana's site for a repair center, but couldn't find one that did things other than tires and oil changes, so I called them. During the call w/Carvana their "Support Advocate" asked me when it happened and I said I didn't know. It could have been when it was transported to their facility or even by the previous owner. He asked me why he should believe I didn't do it, and I told him, b/c the parts the shield protects are rusted, and that doesn't happen in the 2 weeks I've been driving it (plus, I have it garaged everyday and work from home). Anyway, got it into the shop today and they found more damage to the exhaust system, and believe I'll have to take it to a Nissan dealership to get that fixed. All the while I'm waiting for Silver Rock (Carvana's warranty company) to let me know IF they'll cover it. Mind you I've only had this car for less than a month, have driven it less than 150 miles (99% all highway), and the undercarriage has been slowly falling off since I drove it out of their facility. Not sure what the warranty debate is about, but so far the experience has not been great. I'll update my review once Silver Rock (Carvana) does/doesn't do the right thing - until then I'll just leave you with an ancient Latin term: "caveat emptor" ("buyer beware").
Several days ago, I attempted to buy a car through Carvana and have it shipped to a location where I could pick it up. I was planning on paying cash. When I was asked to provide insurance for the vehicle, I contacted my insurance company and had the vehicle added to my policy. The policy was to go into effect on the day I picked up the car. This is when the nightmare began.
First of all, I kept receiving emails and calls saying that I needed to submit proof of insurance and that what I had submitted wasn't good enough. So, I called my insurance company and spent over 30 minutes with an wonderful agent who put together a document showing that the car I was purchasing was going to be indeed insured. I then submitted this proof of insurance to Carvana. Several hours later, I received an email from this fraudulent company stating that my appointment to pick up the car had been cancelled because they had not received proof of insurance.
I was pissed, so I got on the phone to try to talk to a live agent. After waiting for over an hour to talk to a real live person, I was finally connected to an agent, and I explained how unhappy I was and demanded to know why my appointment had been cancelled. After looking into the situation, she said that the policy I had submitted had a start date but that it didn't show when the policy ended. At this point, I became so pissed that I told her to cancel the entire order because Carvana's business practices suck. She agreed to cancel the order.
Today, I received two emails from Carvana telling me that they were refunding my money for the purchase. These bastards took the money out of my account after I cancelled my order. I got on the phone with an agent from Carvana who told me the money had been taken out when I originally place the order, but she assured me it would be back in my account within 10 days! Ten friggin" days! When I asked if the refunded amount included the $590 amount I was charged to have the car shipped to at he
location where I was supposed to originally pick up the car, she said no. Carvana was keeping that money.
So, basically Carvana ripped me off and has been nothing but I pain in the $#*! to deal with.
I was all set to buy the car but they screwed me over, their high pressure sales system set the date. Then I noticed I had a doctor's appointment on that day. So I had to move that to be here for the car and lost a work shift now that they screwed me over. Then they say they can't deliver on the 25. They said it was because Underwriting did not feel like holding with the bank to verify the draft.
The agents are stupid too. One girl called me and said she didn't understand the insurance. Yes because my insurance is renewed and expires the next day which is why Progressive sent you 2 cards one for the date I was supposed to get the car and another for the next 6 months.
Then their lowball offer tried to nickel and dime me on the trade in,. Saying if they find something else wrong that they will deduct it.
Then they have high pressure clocks to try to fool you into renewing the offer when they can't deliver on the promised date, Fool me once shame on you. I won't let you fool me again.
It basically an app with customer service people who can't do anything to help you, it's not designed that way,. No one cares.
Oh and at the end when I told them to cancel the deal if they can't get it here by the 25th and the chat person said oh you can renew the offer and I can see if I can get back that date.
No way to do this you can't renew the offer without selecting a different date after mine, oh but they did anyway.
I finally had to cancel the entire order and ordeal.
So tell them if the car is not there by the promised date they don't' want your business and move on.
They are worse than a new car dealer or used car dealer because they lie and don't care and want you to care and still want the car after they screw you over.
I'm just lucky after reading all the horror stories here that they didn't say sure it will be there on the 25th.
Don't give them a chance to fool you more than once. Spend your money somewhere else.
I tried to sell my Tesla Model 3 to Carvana. They are absolutely NOT prepared to handle the Tesla approach ie all electronic. They asked for a build-sheet. That does not exist for Tesla. They asked to provide a screen shot of the "touch screen console". Tesla has about 25 different screens. Over the period of 5 days I provided about 10 different screen shots. Finally the associate told me that all docs are ready. I provided my payment selection, then on to pick up online. Result: Sorry no pick up available for your area. I called back: Associate gives me a Carvana Vending machine (zip code *******) as drop off location. But I cannot select it online because the location is permanently Closed. Call back again. They check for 10 min. Get back to me and told me: There is nothing we can do. I ask to talk to a manager explain to him that we move out of the country the next day. The only thing he could offer is a pick up which however is too late for us. I went to CarMax, yes they offer $2.5k less then Carvana, but it took a total of less than 1 hour to get the care appraised and sales completed!
Carvana has its processes wrong. Its all serial. "Advocates" on the phone line do not have the training to deal with obstacles or more complex cases. Everything has to be "escalated" which typically takes 4-6 hrs. And they do not call back, they drop an email. So the customer has to watch his email. Why do I need to select a payment method BEFORE I know that my car can be picked up? Why not checking the zip code and let customers know that it may take longer to pick up the car? Why not offering a reservation of a spot? Why not providing a online map with all the ACTIVE drop off locations? I am open to talk to a Carvana Manager about my experience, but as it stands right now, I CANNOT recommend selling a Tesla to Carvana to anybody.
Obviously a purchase did not happen because of the issues. You should make sure your algo does not filter out this kind of reviews.
I'll start with this is not about the Detroit location but with Carvana in general.
I had the worst experience with Carvana and I'll highlight my horrible experiences below.
I purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90 just for reference.
1. Car was dropped off dirty while it stated it was sensitized. When I inspected the vehicle I found half a candy bar under the 2nd row seats. Which should have been caught when they vacuumed the car out. Also, the dashboard had a glue residue from the last owners who must have had a cell phone holder. All it took me was some goo gone and elbow grease to get the residue off which Carvana should have done before the delivery.
2. The car had a defective sunroof. Within minutes of driving the car I could hear the wind whistling through the sunroof. I tried to open and close the sunroof but no luck. When I used the car phone people on the other end could hear the wind as well. Not sure why Carvana would sell this car as if it was truly inspected the person would have heard the wind whistling instantly.
3. After these items I decided to return the car as didn't have a good feeling and then Carvana's customer service was not helpful at all. They told me they could come get the car 5 days later but I had to be there in person. Unfortunately I had to leave on a business trip for two weeks and couldn't be there but I can sign documents ahead of time or have an adult sign on my behalf. They said no so I had to drive 1.5 hours to the nearest location. When I did sign at the location it was three pages without date stamps but Carvana makes a hugh issue of being there in person without any explanation. Their team just reads from a script.
Overall I recommend staying away from Carvana. It was a horrible experience and I feel any dealership would have treated me better than Carvana. When I told them the issues it seemed like they didn't care or even put any effort into resolving the sunroof issue.
I planned to sell my 2021 Toyota Prius to Carvana and had a scheduled pick up time. I received a phone call from them the night before saying the time would be changed to possibly 30 minutes to one hour later due to a conflicting scheduled drop off at the same time 30 minutes from me. I didn't think this was too much of a problem and the next day the driver of the delivery/pick up vehicle texted to confirm this.
My original time for pick up was 10:30 now changed but with no new ETA. The pick up driver said he would contact me as soon as he knew a time. The reason for the overlap was that their system didn't combine the two appointments so they were both at the same time. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to realize that their system needs some updating. At 12:33 he called to say "The hits just keep coming - I was not looped in on a schedule change for another customer and they are apparently already waiting for me. I'm sorry for this". When I pointed out that I was already waiting too and asked him to come to me first he said "I will say this is highly irregular, but still a pain." Then he said he would make some calls. He ended up coming to me first, which is why the rating is 2 stars and not 1. He did seem to be legitimately frustrated as well. But what happened next astounded me. He said he did not have a check for me for the purchase of my vehicle. With Carvana you have the option to receive a check or have money directly deposited when you sell them your vehicle. He said I could go into my account and make that change. I told him I could not give him my car without a check, he apologized. I told him I would wait to hear from someone from Carvana to fix the situation. So far I've not heard a thing, other than an automated email and text message saying a Carvana advocate would reach out to me as soon as one was available. That was 4 days ago. It almost seemed like a scam to me and honestly, I wouldn't feel comfortable selling or buying from them after reading all of the reviews here. They say they make car buying easy, but this experience was anything but.
My delivery was delayed, which caused issues because I had to switch my insurance back to the car I was trading in and had to make another car payment on the car I was trading in. Then once receiving the car, it had significant amount of damage even though the sell listing only noted one minor scratch. Despite the 7 day guarantee, they are refusing to complete all the repairs. They state because the advocate I spoke to didn't put in any notes and now its past the 7 days so they wont do anything. So, I try to go through SilverRock. None of the repair facilities they recommend as in network will even do business with them. One actually laughed at me and said they know better than to send business to them. So I call Carvana back to again express my disappointment. They tell me they will pay for all the repairs including reimburse me for an interior cleaning since there are dark, greasy handprints all over my white headliner. The guy says he just has to file an exception and will call me by 9am next morning to confirm details. 3pm, I haven't heard anything, so I call them and again I get the "well he didn't leave any notes and there's nothing we can do since its past the 7 days". They will constantly promise you the world and say they will make you happy, then turn around and say "we never told you that, there's no notes". They sell cars in "great condition" but once it arrives, the car is actually in horrible condition. Total scam. Says my car has never been in an accident but the repair shop helping me says it clearly has been and been repaired poorly. I should have rejected the car at delivery but they promised to make things right and I trusted them. Now I'm stuck paying thousands of dollars out of pocket to make repairs because Carvana is a scam.

Carvana Westmi...
I got offer from Carvana online for my Subaru for
$18,800. When I came to its office at Wesminster. A
Guy named Dan did not even look at me though he
Know I was the one the car he was supposed to help
Me out. He went to do his 'job' and just talked to me
When I came to him and told him I have an
Appointment. Very disappointed at the first sight.
And then he went to inspect my car and said they
Could not take the car today because the condition
Is 'not great' as I input. What happened with my car
As he showed me were some scratches and dents
From front, rear and a little bit at the trunk gate. He
Told me to change the condition from 'great' to 'ok'
And I did. What happened next is the website was
Not responding for a while when I tried to re
Appraisal my car again. Can you believe it? It was
Then still $14,800 offered. The price went down for
Nearly $4000 for just condition as showed above.
I'm went away immediately. What they showed was
They seemed to ignore customers who want to sell
Cars to them to squeeze more profit right away
When you get their facility. So DON'T SELL OR BUY
CARS FROM CARVANA. They're scammed and that's
Why they re willing to have customers to return cars
After buying because they buy cheap and sell
Expensive. A very terrible experience. They offer you
A fake price when you sell your cars and when you
Get there, they make it much lower. I did see many
Reviews online but when I had my own transaction,
Can prove what people disappoint is very true.

They ripped me off for over a thousand bucks. STAY AWAY. Scheduled a delivery, paid for it, notarized the trade in but the car was NEVER DELIVERED. RIP OFF ARTISTS STAY AWAY.!
I was looking for a specific kind of car, a Subarubu Forester, and was having issues finding one I liked. Which I why I chose to go through Carvana. For the most part, the purchasing process was easy and all the reps were delightful to talk too. I ended up buying the extended warranty plus. I was promised that if anything mechanical, that was not cosmetic, would be fixed. Right off the bat, there were some delivery options and some issues with the vehicle that weren't not mentioned. Nothing big, just a slow window when rolling up and a bald tire. Welp fast forward 2 months when I notice a kind of skreetching sound started to be heard when cutting the wheel. I took it in, the shop couldn't hear anything but made a notation of it. So recently, at about a year and a half, I take it in again to the same shop for the same reason and an oil leak. The shop definitely hears it this time and say it's my rack and pinion and tie rods and 2 seperate oil leaks. Silver Rock the warranty company that is apart of Carvana(not a seperate entity) says they won't cover the rack and pinion or fix the leakd because the parts aren't disabling the vehicle. Yes, you heard that correctly. Your vehicle must be undrivable before they will fix big issues. I got clarification of this on the phone. So buyer beware. The sales reps will sell you on the warranty to put your mind at ease and when it comes time for them to hold up their end of the deal, you'll get screwed. You'll pay for a service and not get it.
We checked to sell our car to them. They were going to give us $250. We sold it for $4000.KiaSoul13'
This was my GO TO PLACE a few years ago when I needed a car and was young and now; wow. I mean WOW I have to get a lawyer. I wanted to make a purchase. I went through the process and was ready for fees and so forth... Then Carvana had an error in their system and it took 3 days to get back to me. I canceled and decided not to go with it. Now being told an exception could be made it won't be for me because I did not cancel within 24 hours of the order date. Shipping is not refundable. Even if the cancellation was only due to their error, and was not known for 3 days of their processing...1200 dollars went along with root insurance money for a car I never even had delivered to me...The root insurance that they do not assist you with even though you go through them to get it...The mere fact that they said it was noted to speak with a manager for an exception and then they did not give it because of a 24-hour time frame that they could not provide information. Happy for all those it went great for them as I am sure people will continue to use them, just wouldn't count on it. If I could have given 0 and still written something because I read the stories and said Naw not Carvana, I used them like so long ago and it was kinda cool, NOW LOOK AT ME (smh). As this time frame is from 10/30 the day of trying to 11/2 the day I canceled. Waited for the refund, never saw it, and called in today; to a loss at such a time of year, can't even use that to get a car elsewhere. WOW. No, I will do everything I can to fight their business growing off of things like this no matter how long or hard. How unethical of a company to do such a thing.
The most stressful experience trying to buy a car I have ever gone through. If you think you can save time, hassle, and stress by going through Carvana, you are wrong. The actual ordering of the car was a breeze, so easy and simple. The issues came afterwards where they rescheduled my delivery 4 times. After the 4th I cancelled my order because I could not deal with it anymore. Each time they informed me less than 24hours from my delivery appointment (one time it was 3 hours before my appointment) and the only reason was 'transportation delay' after more prying I would get 'logistics is saying they didn't stage the vehicle for delivery'. After weeks of knowing this car was to be delivered, they still couldn't just load the car and deliver it? When they finally did 'deliver' the car, it was taken to the wrong location thus pushing my delivery back again, this time by over two weeks. Each appointment time they rescheduled was time lost at work and money lost. Money was lost because they require insurance on the vehicle before delivery, so I was essentially paying auto insurance on this vehicle for weeks without even having the vehicle. After researching on BBB and other online reviews it looks like many others have had this problem with delivery. It also looks like many others have problems with the registration and title process. This was another reason I cancelled, if I eventually did get the vehicle (potentially months later at this point), I didn't want to have the stress of trying to figure out registration, title, or temp tag issues like many others have reported. It is not worth the stress and hassle. I will be going to a dealership and getting everything taken care of correctly and same day. And for what it is worth the customer service department handled things as well as they could considering a lot of this is out of their hands. However, whoever is head of their logistics department needs to take action and make some changes or be replaced ASAP. You cannot make money if you literally cannot deliver the product and in the process you are losing current and future customers forever.
STAY AWAY¡!
This has been a terrible experience with them. My car broke down 2 days after purchase from Carvana. I had it towed to their prefered automotive centers and had them do a post purchase inspection. In my state the post purchase inspection isn't even required. He kicked the tires and called it good. He then installed the starter wrong and I had to take it BACK for him to look at it again. I then went to visit my dad and the car broke down AGAIN. I took it to the local dealership in another state and had them do a proper PPI. THEY FOUND 11,000 Dollars worth of repairs.
Since I'm outside of my 7 day guarantee, Silver Rock won't cover wearables even though I did what I was told and took it to their technician for a ppi. They won't make an exception and guarantee his work. They are stiffing me with a completely worn clutch, blown rotors and and pads because the front calipers are siezed, and 5 dry rotted tires while I'm stranded 1300 miles from home.
A grand total of $4000 worth of repairs are being dumped on me and all the car has done is sit in mechanics parking lots since I acquired it. I bought it 4 weeks ago.
I have made over 50 phone calls to them in attempts to reconcile this situation. Every phone call is un predictable and you never know what will happen. You have an 80% chance of stonewalling 10% chance someone will listen to you, 5% chance they will just give you wrong information. They are 100% defrauding anyone using any technicality possible.
I am a disabled veteran and I'm getting ripped off by a 6 Billion dollar company. I live paycheck to paycheck. What a joke
Screw Silver rock and Carvana
They do everything in their power to not payout a claim. My first claim was covered by Carvana 100-day coverage. I likewise had the carvanacare premier plan. I purchased the vehicle a month ago.
They denied my claim for a tire rotation and wheel balance. The repair shop wanted to do a wheel balance to see if it would fix the vibrations at high speeds. SilverRock claimed that was maintenance and would not pay the claim although I just purchased the car and it was not routine maintenance.
When I explained that all my maintenance was supposed to be covered for the first year or first 15,000 miles, they told me it doesn't cover that type of maintenance. The problem was caused when Carvana put new tires on before I purchased the vehicle. The tires we're installed improperly but they stuck me with the bill, although they claim you have a 100-day warranty.
Furthermore, Carvana advertised their carvancare premier coverage as a bumper to bumper warranty. They fix dings, dents, and tires but the rotations that are needed due to the tires being out of alignment are not covered.
Lastly, there is car paint misted all over the windshield and over the front headlights. It's clear there was some sort of repair done because upon careful inspection small blotches of paint are on different parts around the car. It's, obvious a new window had been installed as well because of the paint chipping around the windshield. This is suspicious because the car was suppose to have had no accidents reported.
Unfortunately, I did not notice until after the 7 days. I believed them when they said I had 100 days to report and issue and they would fix it. I think I will just cancel SilverRock, I mean why bother to file the claim as they fought so vehemently not to pay the first one.
Both companies are ridiculous and I warn would-be customers to just go the traditional route to buying a new vehicle. In my opinion, Carvana and SilveRock are terrible companies preying on consumers. I would not recommend either of them.
This has been a very expensive learning experience. Please don't make the same mistake.
Carvana?...RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Absolute worst experience EVER! Please keep in mind that I DO write both good and bad reviews a lot but this review was a MUST!
I ordered my car online and was given a 9/1/23 expected delivery date. On 8/31, I was informed that upon transport, the side mirror had been knocked off and needed to be replaced, new delivery date was 9/8. On 9/7, I was informed that the car had not yet been repaired and that the new date was 9/14. When I FINALLY received my car, there was a HUGE scratch on the driver's side door, obviously from when the mirror was knocked off that clearly had been tried to be covered up. Carvana surprisingly did agree later to cover the cost of repair on the scratch after MANY phone calls and photos. After a full inspection, I was also told that there was seepage visible on the transmission (a very small leak). Did Carvana agree to pay for that being only the 4th day I'd had the car?...Of course not! Unless I sent them a live video of the transmission fluid literally coming out and hitting the ground, they would not cover the $1,100 repair!
Carvana is a joke! They hide things about their cars, hoping their customers don't find out. Their customer service is atrocious, and they love to pass you off to the next person because nobody seems to know remotely what they're doing. Notice how you can't write a review on their website unless they send you an invite to do so?! I'm returning the car but writing this to hopefully save someone a huge headache and a bunch of time! AVOID CARVANA! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE establishment that I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure!
I PURCHASED A LEXUS 11/1/2013 approximately 6 days ago and it was supposed to be delivered to my house and I got a called around 10am the same day of delver and cancel it because the DRIVER HAD CALL OUT so I went to PICK UP MY CAR from GAITHERSBURG LOCATION and I waited at least 30 minutes in a empty to room until I got up and look for someone.
Additionally, my car had a few discrepancies that needed to be repair or replace within 7 days returning policy however none of those things were repaired or replaced.
Today is MONDAY NOVEMBER 6,2023 and went to MINEKEN CAR CARE IN ROCKVILLE MARYLAND
WASTED MY TIME BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT APPROVED BY CARVANA TO REPLACED MY 2 back tires…. According to the mechanic report THE BACK TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ASAP BECAUSE THEY WERE CRACKED DUE TO THE FACT THEY WERE 8 years old however CARVANA DECLINED TO REPLACE THOSE TIRES.
CARVANA WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, I have a great credit report above 750 and I only went to this place because I wanted to try something different and new but I WOULDN'T DO IT AGAIN NEITHER I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a car but never took delivery. They lie, they don't care about selling a vehicle, it's nearly impossible talking to a human, very long wait time's, poor attitude, the worst customer service ever, they didn't look at documents that I uploaded at their request. Then send me emails that I have incomplete task and both time's gave me less than 4 hours to upload AGAIN or loose the vehicle so i log into my account and it shows all task complete. After spending 30 minutes on hold I'm told the documents i had previously uploaded they didn't have time to review them. The next day same thing but this time I received an email with a 3 hour window. If I didn't complete task before 6 p.m. I would have to start the purchase process over. It was after 6 p.m. before I got off work and seen the email's. Again nearly 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a rep and she tells me that she can see the documents I sent the previous day but since they didn't have time to review them and it was after the 6 p.m. cut off I had to start the purchase over. So they had the documents for nearly 24 hours but because they didn't review them I had to be inconvenienced further and start the purchase again. After that I declined to purchase the vehicle, I called and canceled the insurance policy that I had already purchased for the vehicle. If I live to be 100 I will spend every spare breath telling people what a poor excuse for a company Carvana actually is. I'm shocked they are still in business. I talked to no less than 5 different customer service reps and not one had a clue on what customer service means.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I had my first experience of using Carvana. I was looking into different trucks when I came across a Chevy Avalanche. I am a huge fan and know they are hard to find. I used to own an '04. I watch as one with low miles was sitting there. I got my own financing and was ready to proceed. When I went to buy it, the car was "on hold" because someone was getting ready to buy it. The on-hold timer ended so I proceeded to put my purchase in the system. I uploaded my license, gave the address for delivery, etc. I also received text messages from them saying "we received your order for the Chevrolet Avalanche set to be delivered on 9-16". Later a customer service representative told me they need me to fill out a document. I looked under my account and it wasn't there. It did have the Avalanche and the trade in value that I chose not to do. The customer service rep told me to refresh the page and it will come up. It didn't, but the truck I just purchased was gone. She put me on hold to find out what happened. She came back and said that there was a "glitch", and it was sold twice. I explained I couldn't have been second because the second the timer went away, I hit purchase. She apologized and said she was sorry for the mistake. I asked to have a manager call me. A few hours later an underwriter called me and said he was a manager. I explained what happened. When he spoke, he had a tone that he was talking down to me. He said that the car wasn't sold to someone else, but that if they need to verify a feature of the vehicle or confirm something they say it has a purchase pending so it locks the vehicle, and that it is internal, so it looks like the truck was sold to me on my screen, but it wasn't. When I told him what the service rep told me and that it showed it that way on her "internal system computer". He then his tone became aggressive, and he told me I never purchased the truck. He said to help make it right he would give me a price reduction on any car I wished to purchase. The amount was $150. I told him that was insufficient for what happened. He then told me that he didn't have to do anything for me because I was never a customer.
If you want to avoid this horrible situation, go to an actual dealership.
Generally, this was a dissatisfactory experience.
1. Understanding the full price of the car was only after going onto the individual car page and scrolling all the way to the bottom.
2. Delivery was disorganized: I wasn't able to receive the car when I wanted it (ok, no problem, there are limited people with limited time) but on the morning of the delivery I got a call that they were over booked. I complained and the delivery person very kindly cancelled others' orders, but still was a stressful morning
3. Hub caps and rims were substantially rusty. Interior of car had substantial staining. Due to the hubcaps, my tire popped a month later. While they will replace the hubcaps, they refuse to replace the tire. The interior staining is "within normal standards," although I certainly would not consider it to be normal, and would probably not have purchased the car if I had known it. Apparently they are only disclosing what someone decided the 5 worst cosmetic issues were, not all, because "if we put all the cosmetic issues, there wouldn't be space for anything else. Our vehicles are pre-owned and pre-loved so some imperfections are to be expected." What standards they used to decide which cosmetic issues were the worst is completely unclear to me, since they pointed out scratches I can barely see, but didnt mention half the ceiling being stained.
4. I am apparently silly/stupid for not knowing that the non-refundable shipping fee, was, in fact, refundable at times.
Anyhow, its not that I wouldn't suggest ever buying a car from Carvanna, but I would be very, very skeptical and only go through them as a last resort.
Answer: "Customer Service"? There is no customer service. It's just email runaround and they sell the car out from under you without even telling you. And... they keep your deposit. It's more like customer DIS-service
Answer: Don't buy from them. The are just like used car salespeople. No difference! Rip-off!
Answer: I had the most amazing time buying a car through Carvana; I got a loan quikly, got my car in a couple weeks and the car is an awesome car; its all registered for me and I just got it inspected, passed no problem. My car only had 42,000 miles on it and rarley was driven. YES get a car from Carvana they are so great! My payments are super low too.
