My monthly payments for coverage apparently were a waste of money. When my check engine and overheating sensors were going off, and taking into one of your approved bodyshops, you come back with we're not paying for it and there's nothing we can do about it. With no attempts to fix your fault.

We have been paying for Carshield for years. This is the first time we've had to use their service. The representatives were friendly, but the back and forth with the repair shop was frustrating. The mechanics are the experts and Carshield fought them every step of the way. In the end they did make a significant payment towards our car but we still had a large out of pocket expense.

I had to use my warranty one time and overall the experience was good. They did want to use aftermarket parts for the repair which I understand but I chose to pay extra to get OEM parts installed. It did give me a peace of mind on my Ram which turned out to be a less reliable vehicle than I desired. I ultimately ended up selling it otherwise I would have kept Car Shield.

First the ( AUTONATION) dealer said it would be three weeks before they could work on it. It was only one week. It was fixed no problems with car shield.
