I found everyone I spoke to to be professional and helpful. I received a rental car without any issues, and the staff coordinated with the dealership on my behalf. My transmission was successfully repaired, and when I picked up my car, I only needed to pay the deductible. The only concern I have is that the transmission was refurbished rather than new.

I called about my window motor which they said they would cover; I was also told if the dealer kept my car for more than 4 hours I could get a rental. Well, they kept my car overnight to diagnose it, and when I called about the rental I was told, oh, that's 4 hours or more of labor. Crazy and information I should have had up front. Turns out it wasn't the motor but the master switch on the drivers side and carshield conveniently does not cover that part. I'm thinking of canceling and putting that money in a high-yield savings account. I've had car shield for over 3 yrs and of the 3 times I tried to use it they only covered one instance, a windshild wiper motor.
This is the second claim by my dealer. The first one was denied, as I expect this in to be. Right now I am not happy with anyone bcause between your adjuster, and the dealer I have been without my car for three weeks.

The initial claim was denied when the repair service called. I called and it was covered- but not for the amount I thought it would be- I do realize there was a deductible.

My checks entire driver dimply went out (and I couldn't tel what gear my car was in, and speed it was going), and car shield was fast with communicating with the auto shop and getting the repair underway fast.

Tried to jump start my truck and couldn't get it started. Called to get towing set up to have the vehicle taken to a local shop. The representative was friendly and very helpful with locating a roadside provider. It made it a very nice and easy experience at a concerning time.
