The person whom I spoke to was very helpful and very pleasant!
I wanted to take my vehicle to the dealership, and they told me no problem. But they also said they would send the parts the next morning to the dealership and they would cover all expenses, less my deductible. Wow! I opted for the G.M parts and they told me I was responsible for the shop price. I was happy with that, and proceeded with the work. I later submitted a rental car bill and I was told they would reimburse me. I love it when companies do what they tell you. 5 stars!

It is as it says call them first. My a/c stop working. Called them to find out who tacks Car Shield in my town. They talk to the shop for me set up a time to bring it in it was the blower moter. All I had to pay for was my deductible. Saved me all most $300.00. Thanks Car Shield.

I received a call on 5 Dec 24. A bout my 2014 Silverado, so I call to find out what it was about, and was told that there were no issues with my truck. Thee lady said that it was a scam.

My 2004 Chevy 3500 deisel was in the shop for about 3 weeks because of injecter problems! Ron at the repair shop was really having a hard time with Car Shield! I would call in to check on progress and he was really not happy because he was on hold for like 4 hours more than once waiting to get permission to replace all the injectors. In the end Car Shield only replaced one new one and had rest rebuilt I guess. I do not know if he would work on my truck again? I see you are running ads all the time on TV. I hope Car Shield has changed and if I have a problem with my truck it will not take 3 weeks to get it repaired? Do not remember when that was?

I looked to transfer my Carshield account from my old vehicle to my new one. The woman that assisted me was knowledgeable and switched it seamlessly. Only difference was this time I had to pay NJ taxes, UGH!

Have had to deal with the TPSM light on my car even though the tires didn't need air. I took the car to Mr. Tire and they found a malfunctioning sensor. It was covered by the program so it cost me half as much as I would have paid. Not bad for my first experience. Mr. Tire made it very easy and Car Shield made it possible

First repair using Car Sheild after a year with them. Service manager at dealership didn't have much nice to say about Car Sheild and had me worried a bit. Absolutely nothing to worry about here.
