So far this has been a horrible experience. You requested documents from me and the repair shop on 12/18, I sent my documents in on 12/19 twice then again over the weekend I sent via Car shield app. The repair shop has stated they sent everything as well. I need my vehicle fixed and back in my driveway, its ridiculous and very unprofessional that your reps don't know ow to access documents when customers send them in, all we get is a lame $#*! excuse of how you gotta check this and check that. GET IT TOGETHER I BET IT WOULDN'T TAKE THIS LONG IF I WAS A CARSHIE!D EMPLOYEE!

Had to wait for parts that could not be shipped

My mechanic had all the parts sitting at the garage car Shield would not allow them to use them so I had to wait a week for cars to send them then they said they could not find the part that was needed so they told my mechanic to use his part which we're already sent back to the dealer had to wait another week for him to reorder parts now my mechanic's telling me the parts that Garfield did order we're not complete we were missing a gasket so now it's going to be another week before I get the parts and I'm still stuck without a car car should only paid one week's car rental to cover me while my car was in the garage just a big mess

Best Purchase I've ever made!😎

From start to finish the customer service is amazing! Every step of the way I was contacted to be updated on the progress of my claim. The fact that I can keep my car on the road and insured against troubles that would otherwise keep me sidelined and looking to purchase another vehicle is more than worth it IMO. If you haven't already, BUY THIS COVERAGE! You won't regret it, I promise you! There's a reason they're the number one auto protection company in the U.S. if your vehicle breaks down, towing is provided. While your car is in the shop, rental vehicle is available with certain plans. And best of all you're not stuck with a high repair bill. I consider myself the unofficial spokes person for Car Shield because I spread the word to everyone I come in contact with. IT'S SO WORTH IT!

Started great finding a shop
January 5, 2025

First call to Carshield she was very helpful in finding a shop that would do the necessary work and accept carshield. But after my truck was a week at the shop with no action taken (Avoid Firestone Lakeland, TN!) called carshield back and told them I had to find a new shop and she basically led me to believe I'm on my own. They sure don't mind collecting my monthly premiums.
