A common issue with Range Rover is the small motor that operates the sunroof headliner. The part was sourced by CarShield and sent to MY repair facility in 2 days. The shop guys were happy as they got the part and payment quickly and I got my car back. CarShield worked as promised.

I called shield because of a leak with our transmission. They referred us to a repair shop. After the inspection they sent the needs information for review. An independent inspection was conducted and the work was authorized for repair. The only issue I have is the the authorization approved for parts that the repair shop felt were not upto pare as a result I agreed to pay the difference plus the deductible.
