Stress off my mind

All my answers was answered. Even telling me after I start my claim that when my car is finished with the mechanic. I only have to pay a $100 deductible

Not happy with Ciocca of Flemington!

It's not Car Shield that did anything wrong, it's Ciocca that told me they do not except Car Shield anymore after I had the Truck looked at. Crazy! The thing is they knew that I had Car Shield months ago!

I had to pay just under $500 for air conditioning repair. The car is 7 years old and maintenance is required at some point in time. Sharader valves, relay, refrigerant in an out of the compressor.

I thought you could go to any license macanic that acknowledge car shield. I have a mini and everyone can't work on them. Because they don't allow parts to be shipped in it cost me more.

Be prepared to contact many departments.

Very difficult to navigate for coverage because it was necessary to make many phone calls to different departments. I still have not heard back regarding car rental. Car stopped running on a Saturday afternoon. I had to make an appointment with Enterprise on line because I needed a car for work on Sunday evening. It is only open on Sunday from 9 to 12 for pick up. Then had car towed to repair shop Gaddis in Muncie on Monday morning. It was ready for pick up on Tuesday morning.

Broke down!

It was running terribly. No one could find the problem. But Aamco came through and CarShield took care of the cost. Smartest move I've ever made, getting CarShield.

I sensed Carshield's estimates for repairs are low, the repairs were compensated adequately. I an not looking forward to a major claim such as engine or transmission rebuild.

Misunderstanding

I got a call about one of my cars and when I called I was told my payment had been late. This surprised me since it comes out of my checking account automatically. By the time I called it had cleared.

Great warranty

We purchased this warranty in case my son's used truck had any issues.They have replaced parts fully when he had issues and got back to our mechanic quickly.Also paid mechanic and checked in on us.

Service was satisfactory although drawn out. The necessity to have inspection done b4 work could b started was prolonging. Trusting the company mechanic would seem logical to me.

Mission accomoplished

Received a letter in mail that my Account needed renewal, so I called CarShield and asked why I received the letter; it did not have my account # one thepaper, so I was asking why I received it. Agent clarified/determined it was a solicitation and was sent in error. So I shredded the letter and that was all.
