My first claim after a few years paying monthly fees resulted in no coverage. Reviewing my policy regarding electrical for sun roof, it seems that it should be covered. My mechanic questioned why it was not covered and could not understand the explanation.

I have been a customer with Car Shield for several years. I have misplaced my contract. I called

My mechanic couldn't fix my heated seat because it didn't need the module that goes under the seat it needs the module that goes in the seat, so he didn't charge me and gave me the name of a guy that knows how to repair it. My Mechanic said Car Shield was very easy to work with and told the guy that is going to fix the heat in the seat how impressed he was with Car Sheild.

After avoiding hundreds of calls. I researched car warranties and chose Car Shield. I Contacted car shield and negotiated a contract. The lady said she would mail me the contract and immediately send me an email contract. I received neither. After about a week, I contacted Car Shield and was told by a very efficient employee that you were sorry I had not received anything and that she would start everything immediately. Which she did. I was concerned during that week that I might have been scammed. However, I instructed my card payee to only make one payment. It appears That everything is now as it should be, and I can quit worrying. Thank you

I've never had to use my plan…There were a couple of items I had problems with that were not covered; I.e. Oil cooler line replacement.

Was somewhat satisfied as some of my repairs were covered, still had to pay 700$ out of pocket for work not covered. And when your paying every month for about five years, and never had to use service need to do the math.other then that they were very through and fast response.

I requested a quote this morning and unfortunately I received a call back right when I pulled up to work. I answered the phone to try to just get a quick quote as I wanted to shop around a bit before deciding on coverage. My representative Christopher gave me a good quote for the DIAMOND level coverage but I just had to go and clock in to work. I told him I had to call back a little later since my boss was calling me. He didn't like that answer and just kept asking for my credit card number. I kept repeating that I had to go but that I would call back later. He continued to tell me the same thing that it would take two minutes to finish and he just needed payment. After going back and forth about 5-10 times I hung up because, as I said, I needed to clock in. He then promptly left me a voicemail saying that my car is actually DENIED coverage because it's 10 years old and we lost connection. Childish behavior. All I wanted was a quote.

On one hand I have a 2020 Ford F150 that needs your service.

They advertise you can use any repair shop but very few honor CarShield. I had to drive over 50 miles to get my info center repaired. Several times I requested a list of shops in my area bet never received it even though they said "I'll email it to you right away" I DO NOT recommend CarShield.

I had an experience recently when my key fob broke and key was stuck in the ignition.
I called Car shield and they got me a tow truck and I got all the stuff stuff taken care of that same day and Bill was taken care of.

Jeannie was able to get adjusted rate from North Miami Toyota Service writer, Juan Hernandez, who wanted to charge 3 hours labor to install an alternator. The max this should take is 2 hours and a good mechanic should only take one hour. I will not use NM Toyota again and if I do need repairs in future, I will ask CarShield to recommend a shop.

The service was very good the only problem I had was they told me my part would be there the next day. It took 3 days for the part to arrive from them which delayed my car getting fixed. The shop I took it to had the parts on hand and it could have been done that day. The decision was made to mail the part because of money. Being without my car for a week was an inconvenience

The company's done much better with customer service than, say, a year ago, but there was a time lag in getting the inspection done. That said, it really saved me a ton of money.

I am concerned about the limitations of the policy. Without reading all of the details; there appear to be a number of limitations. I would like to have a better understanding of the limitations. I understand the policy does not cover oil changes and brake pads. Does the policy cover any maintenance? Do you recommend any activity to avoid break downs beyond body repair and maintenance? I am concerned about avoidance issues!
