I was having problems with my ac/heating system and a leak of some kind. I take my car in for repairs. It took the inspection to occur over 3 days. The approval almost a week. I ran out time with the rental before my car was repaired
I contacted them about an intermittent noise in my front end and they contacted a repair shop and made an appointment. The repair shop did have a high (4+) rating, but I had to cancel that appointment based on my wife's schedule.

My Mechanic will not work on my car because he has to stay on the phone with a Carshield representative to get the approval to do the repair. Then the Carshield representative will not agree to the amount the book allows to do the job.

I have not had any experience with you. My car is the only thing I have covered and it is OK. As for Home safe, etc. they are all con artist and I do not want any of them. So stop them if you are involved.

I would like car shield to know that the gentleman I spoke to at customer service named Carl was extremely helpful getting me a car rental at Enterprise in Iowa City, Iowa. Carl went out of his way to help me and I was well I don't think I've ever used this word before but I was giddy and very comfortable as Carl took complete charge of everything did everything for me and he made it very easy no stress no worries and I wish I could thank him more! I hope car shield realizes and values Carl's dedication.

Third is not worth my time they didn' t go look at my Jeep just assumed it was like that for a while they paid $348.00 I am stuck $3000 bill I can't afford and have to sell it as is

When my heater core went out. I brought my truck into a repair shop. Now this is a very big job to replace the core. But having car shield gives me peace of mind knowing my repair costs are covered 👌

Car shield came through in the end. A month or so earlier I needed a fuel pump and an after market pump was sent to be installed. This pump last also 2 months. Car shield ended up sending 2 more pumps and they also failed. I thought they were going to send a 4th after market fuel pumps and I would have to pay a deductible.
Car shield authorized Chevy to install their fuel pump and I did not have to pay a deductible.

My van situation was taken care in timely manner. Everyone were very cautious and helpful. Surprised to come and get a person to talk with. Rental car was provided which was a great plus due to time it took to get car back.

I called for an approved shop. My Truck sat there all week only to get, come get your truck I'm not going to do the work. I'm going on week 2 and over 2 hours on the phone to a dozen of you associates. My truck is at a 2nd repair shop as of last night. Still no car or truck for me to drive? I had a transmission problem with one of my cars. I notified CarSThe television Adshield, and they told me to take it to a reputable repair shop. ~ The repair shop was authorized to make the repair, and the process went smoothly.

I had a problem with my engine in my car and was told to go to the Mercedes Benz dealer. The dealer said that the problem was in the engine. When they called Car Shield to get the problem fixed they were told that it was not covered. I called Car Shield to say that you advertised that the engine and electrical problems were covered. They said not this…. As soon as I got back home I canceled Car Shield and would never recommend the company to any of my friends, family or clients.

From break down Jan 4th until Jan 7th very good & smooth experience. Included tow to primary mechanic & move to dealership when primary mechanic said job was too much for him.
During those two tow jobs I had no charges at all with platinum plan. Supposedly my car won't be diagnosed until at least February 7th. After all of that & repair takes place I'll be able to give final review. This is my 1st experience with Carshield. I have high hopes right now. 👍

I thought I was doing the right thing purchasing this when my actual warranty ran out. They have covered ZERO of the things that have gone wrong. They claim they cover AC and the engine but they don't! Have had this coverage for 4 years. They don't cover turbos like they claim or even miss firing cylinders. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I took my car into a dealership to get it repaired. They got in touch with car shield and ask them to come and look at the track and let them show them what's wrong with the truck. Carcield immediately told them what they would pay, and the dealership went ahead and fixed yet. I zipher had to step in and be a part of what car shield offered. They paid everything and I paid my deductible. It was easily done, and I had no brainfade!

I received a replacement engine *******. On the other hand, the odometer still showed 155,000. I applied, I paid I monthly premiums. I replaced I alternator, without carsheild. Did not know, they covered that. Someone told I apply, for reimbursement. They denied it. Then, stated;" the monthly bill Auh increase, but the part still covered ". I received 2 20 dollar copays of twenty dollar emails, with no pay option. I did not get reimbursed. So, ion know if I should invest or not,after 90 days or more. But okay
