I had taken my car to Kia Service to get my air fixed, as it was blowing hot air. I was then advised several things required fixing on my vehicle. I then advised the servicer I had Car Shield. I called customer service and was advised the plan I had appeared to cover the details in question. Kia service worked with Car Shield and now my car is fixed. Thank you
Customer service was very nice, but I was disappointed in the policy coverage or lack of coverage. Exhaust systems are not covered but should be as it is a direct connection and extension of the Engine!

When calling CarShield with our request to have our vehicle taken to the shop because the engine light came on, they were very caring and courteous and as I was on the phone they called the business we previously used to make sure they still excepted CarShield and to see if we could set up and appointment and we did. It was very easy, and we took it to the shop the next day and they worked directly with CarShield as needed. No worries. We love their service (CarShield) and they take care of the cost.

When I brought my van into the dealer to look at the issues I was having, he told me that some of it might be taken care of thru CarShield. He called CarShield & within 24 hours I found out that CarShield approved the work to be done. Absolutely no hassles

So my truck needed some work to be fixed so I had the shop call CarShield and everything was fixed pretty quickly and I also loved how my rep broke down everything so I wasn't feeling confused. Overall best service

Once I actually got car shield and started paying for it, I kept hearing negative things about them, denying claims and basically wasting peoples time. There are several dealerships that do not take this warranty and even the dealerships that do take this warranty don't like dealing with them. My car has been sitting in the shop for almost 3 weeks and I've spent over $1000 for a rental just for my claim to be denied, because of a transmission flush that's was done in December of 2024 and my car broke down until March 2025. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Neither the sales person or customer service could tell me where in the Car Shield Agreement it states "Unlimited Mileage". I was told that a supervisor would contact me with that answer and I have not heard from anyone.

Talking to different people each time was extremely frustrating. You called us back to renew after poor help with fixing our vehicle the 1st time. We paid over1200. 00- you paid $390.00!—1st claim—-so we cancelled. You called my husband back a few months later and he decided to give you another try. But you failed the test and didn't help at all— saying 1st it was preexisting, then 2nd- the dealership did a bad job! We would never recommend you to anyone!

Was dissatisfied with the service you provided,, you wanted me to use a part you supplied, which was inferior to what was needed, and you made me pay the difference. The company which did my repair needed 2 hours for install, you only paid for 1 hour, again I had to pay the difference. We have been paying for your service for years and this is what we get for it. You should mention this in your advertising, which sorry to say, you don't. We have never had to use your service before for a car that is 17years old, because we have always used quality parts, you are misleading your customer base, and your response time to get the service done is not very good. We are thinking seriously about dropping your company.

I called & asked if the wiring harness would be covered for a rear tail light & was told it would be covered as an electrical item as long as over $200 which is the deductible. Found today it is not covered.

I pay over two hundred dollars a month for over nine months and when something was finally wrong with my car I was denied my claim because it has to be warped in order for you guys to cover expenses. It's not as cut and dry as you guys make it to be when I signed up. I basically could hace spent all my money and repaired my car with the high deductible I am paying. I don't know if this is the right service for me anymore.

Cause you did not pay for the most expensive thing that needed to be did to my car. Initial light is on and if I can't afford to pay it and I've been with Car Shield lease for five years now. And I also need a break Cascio did not pay for it

I have called twice about payment not being deducted from my bank account. I have been told both times it was okay on your end, the second time I was also told I wasn't the only one.

It was good that you paid for a portion of the repair. But you should have paid for all of it less my deductible as you advertise. You bargained with my repair facility and did not give them the full price.

I have been slowly more disappointed with Car Shield over the years. I don't feel appreciated as a member. I get different responses on what will be covered. Presently I have a sun roof/mesh issue. The motor of the mesh is not working. Possibly bc the roof is ajar and needs to be fixed.(Tightened) I am sorely disappointed by the response and timely manner to hear back after I have reached out about certain things being covered. The insurance overall is a smart way to go. You But I do plan to shop around comparing prices. Customer service is usually subpar which complicates things as well.

My car is being serviced by Liberity Buick in Arizona. I was initially informed that I would get 14 days of a rental, I found out today 1/6/2025 that you responsibility for the rental end Friday, also the part you insisted on will not arrive at the dealer until Friday. The dealer had the part in stock which you refused to pay for. I will not be getting my car back until sometime next week. Needless to say I'm pissed off.

Well I would have to say that my experience has been stress free everything is taken care of my shop and the handlers at car shield at work great together got me an excellent transmission with a really good warranty and I just yeah best insurance I have ever and I will always have
