All I ask is for you to send one of your inspectors out to look at my car at Valvoline in Seagoville, so they could see for themselves the problem with my car, and all you do is give me another run around, file a dispute and maybe you will come and check it out... I took my Jeep Commander 2007 in for repairs. The technician diagnosed the problems. Alternator and Water pump. The technician sent the work order to Car Shield. Car Shield approved the work order and quickly processed the payment.

Fortunately since I've had CarShield I've not had any unexpected problems with my vehicle thank goodness. I do know however should one ever arise I have the piece of mind knowing I have a CarShield coverage plan too protect me from those outrageous repair charges. Honestly I couldn't imagine driving around every month and not having a CarShield coverage plan on my Terrain. I trust this company to cover any unexpected expenses. Having known a friend who has them and needed some unexpected repairs done this past summer this company means what they say.

Was informed when purchasing everything that was covered shop was having an issue with my key inform the representative and said the key was not covered the representative when signing up stated my key was covered also in diamond package States it is covered

Due to my experience with Car Shield, I will spend the rest of my life, educating everyone I know regarding the abomination of the rip-off that Carshield is...$1300 repair estimate and Carshield agreed to pay ALL, but $1253 of it. I will no longer watch ESPN nor Law and Order SVU because of celebrity support and encouragement to steal money from the middle class. What was their cut for promoting false advertisement?... my total cost for $1300 in repairs came to $1736, thanks to carshield's 2 monthly premiums for my 2 jeeps.

I have a 21 year old Acura that just now needs some what I would call major work. I have developed an oil leak and find that the oil pan needs to be replaced as well as whatever it connects to for the flow of oil. I called Car Shield and it was no problem, they immediately gave me a claim number and where the repair center needs to call them the day of repair. I get to choose who I want to do the repair and my co-pay is $100. Easy peasey - so thankful for car shield.
The warranty is not a good service for the parts that are covered under the warranty contract that I purchased the parts that I needed replaced and repaired were not included in the warranty agreement contract. I had to pay for the repairs!

Car Shield has helped me save money on at least two car repairs over the past year, including a new starter and then a cracked fusebox. My repair shop said Car Shield was one of the easier warranty compaines they have dealt with and my car is running much smoother and much more dependable now thanks in large part to my warranty with Car Shield.
Initially my jeep went in for the timing chain to be changed. I did receive a call from carshield letting me know what the cost was and what I had to pay out of pocket. That was the only time I heard from them. I had to constantly call them and my mechanic to find out what was going on with my jeep. My mechanic let me know that I needed an engine and how much it would be. I called carshield to see if they were aware of this and they told me they were aware gave me pricing but never asked if I was okay with the out of pocket cost. The mechanic already ordered parts and took the old engine out before I approved anything. When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle I called carshield and my mechanic to make sure we were all on one accord with the price. Carshield gave me the total but didn't include the taxes I had to pay which caused confusion between the mechanic and I. Communication was horrible. I had to constantly call in to find out what was going on with my vehicle.

Simply, I called Car Shield and notify them of the problem. They gave me the claim number and I presented to the car dealer. The dealership called Car Shield and explained the details of the problem. Car Shield approved and the car was fixed. All I had to do was make one phone call and the problem was resolved.

When I first signed up for CarShield, I was told by the sales person that if repairs were needed they would be covered. I asked what the average person was covered for and what my concerns were. He said other customers were covered 100% for their repairs. When I needed head gaskets repaired I was told they would only cover 30% of the repair. Had I known that car shield was a scam and would not cover the cost of the repairs as advertised and explained by the sales people I never would have signed up.
I was lied to I was told a had a platinum package most of my vehicle was covered for parts and labor a year later I'm told I have a gold package and nothing was covered on.my vehicle I had to pay $1000 out of pocket
