I had car shield for several months but didn't use the service because my car runs great. I stopped the service because I'm going to Florida for the winter and the car will be stored in my locked garage.
Had a flat tire in Athens,Tx. Talk to a representative and they said it would be a while before they could get someone to come fix it. They said to send in the receipt and they would reimburse. All they said was to put the contract number on email which I did. Now they are saying they need a contract number on receipt which I put in the subject line. I called to see the status and they said they needed the vin number on the receipt which they never told me that. The first person I talked to was rude and ended up hanging up on me. The second person said they would get this done and if there was a problem they would call me and let me know if anything else was needed. I had no call from them so i decided to follow up. I was told it would not be paid. I will be changing warranty companies
I had a great experience, with a very kind young lady who was who was patient and kind and understanding and knowledgeable extremely nice and helped me and Mrs. Bellamy save some money and still keep our wonderful coverage
My car has been in the shop for over three weeks. No decision on my claim has been decided by the adjuster. I have a rental car that I'm currently paying. As of November 20 first, no decision has been made.

I have been fortunate with carshield's nice knowledgeable associates who know what to do and how to connect me with the appropriate shop or dealership for my repairs.
I have asked what experience the shop or dealership has had with carshield with payment and each time

I sent my vehicle in for a specific problem and that problem was quickly resolved, however the mechanic discovered another non related issue upon completing his vehicle safety check and contacted CarShield whom quickly approved the repairs and shipped the parts.
I asked if I had a refund but never heard back. Now, you keep asking me for a review over and over. Well, you didn't answer me and expect that I should answer you. That gets you 2 stars only because I am in a giving mood.
My experience with Car Shield was great. This was my first claim and I was very pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. I had the repair shop contact Car Shield and the work was approved immediately. Very happy with the results.

My car broke down 9/8/23. Car had to be towed was on telephone with CarShield over an hour still couldn't get us a tow truck. We had to get our own tow! So why am I paying CarShield all this money for not a damn thing
Carshield has always come through. They have helped me same lots of money. They are awesome! I am very happy that I followed through with the TV ad and bought into their program. I tell everyone I know who need to replace their warranty to check out Carshield and let them know how Carshield has helped me save.

Ever dealing I've had with Car Shield has been excellent. They are very detailed and knowledgeable on everything. It's ashame more companies don't have customer service departments as knowledgeable about their companies. Also they are very patient with you and respectful.

Once I figured out how this policy worked, I'm very happy with it. I had a problem half a year ago or so and I had the Garage fix it and get in touch with you guys. It was denied because I did not realize the garage had to call you first Prior to them doing any work. I was in a tough situation with needing my car ASAP due to a family emergency and I did not realize that I needed approval before getting it done. Now that I know how it works I am very happy with what was done recently.
I forget the young lady's name but she called me and she said she would 6 months ago and she had me entirely satisfied with her experience and how she helped me with her appointment. She's an asset to your business
Haven't had to use in the 3 years we have had car shield. I have had verbal communication to make all is okay and to be assured there would be no problem if and when a claim is requested. I'm assured there would be no problem.

I took the car to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem and contacted you for approval. After several delays on your part, your rep came and demanded that the dealership prove the car is otherwise drivable as one of the problems is not covered by you. I therefore authorized that repair at my expense and only then will you considering honoring your contract. We will see…..
We've been going round and round and round and around. We haven't gotten anything done and you keep sending people out there and they all have the same opinions and she sent somebody out there that maybe knows something different.
