Taking my truck in to the dealer I got lots of run around about the liability for the problem that I was having with my truck. The dealership was telling me that they never got the approval from Car Shield to do the repairs. When I called Car Shield they said that they gave them approval right away. Well before you know it I was waiting for a week without my truck, for something that was supposed to be two days. I guess I don't go to that dealership again.
From the time the claim started to getting my car back i had to keep calling to see what was being done contact from car shield it took over a month or close to a month to get my car back and with out a car i lost a hundred dollars a day out of pocket i know if our policy does't give a rental they should try to get our vehicle back as soon as they can
Customer service was great. Payment to the vendor in a timely manner was great. The coverage for repairs is misleading based on the commercials. In addition, to my deductible i had to pay additional funds for my repairs. The commercial lead people to assume that Car Shield pays for all repairs.

With the repairs that are being made on my Chrysler 200s, I have to say that I am shocked at how much you covered. I am very pleased with your service and I do say that even though you did not cover everything, you covered exactly what you should have per the contract that was agreed upon. I bought a used Honda Pilot. I had not had it or the warranty very long when the service engine light came on. I took it to the local Honda dealer to get it checked. I had to leave it there to be checked. I gave them my Car Sheila account number. The next day I got a call from the dealer letting me know what the problem was and to let me know that the problem that was found was not covered on my policy. I see 10 + commercials a day telling how great your company is.

I attempted to purchase extended warranty for my 2012 F150 truck. Thru Carfax it was reported to have over 300 thousand miles. The condition of the truck indicated a lot less. Michelle from Carsheild informed me that with that many miles it couldn't be covered. She encouraged me to dispute this with Carfax. She was very apologetic and helpful. She was very pleasant to talk with. I started a dispute with Carfax which includes a trip to the Ford dealership. They accessed the ECM which confirmed it had *******.5 miles. I received a letter from the Ford dealership confirming this which I sent to Carfax. I then called Carsheild to let you know. I didn't get her name but I've never been treated more rudely. I was informed that Carsheild only is your information source and wouldn't listen to me or anything about the dispute with Carfax then hung up on me. On 7/20/2023 i was in an accident & my I was waiting on info from car insurance. So on 10/17/23 i called Car Shield to cancel my policy.They said they would credit my card with the $119.99.I spoke with Vernon & he gave me a confirmation # *******. Still nothing on my card. So i called 12/7/2023 & they assured me that my card would get credited & it is now 12/14/2023 & no credit.

It is very hard to communicate through your program. You should have a way to communicate with the adjuster in charge of the claim. I was unable to communicate with the adjuster because the person answering the phone would not allow me to. This is not good business.

The time it took for you guys to look at my vehicle and gave me a rental that expired and had no vehicle ended up losing my job because of it. Then ended up denying my claim Stating was preexisting which wasn't and still have no vehicle
When you call they are right there ready to help with information. But getting back with the mechanic shop if they have not sent in all the information is slow or not at all. I've had to call and then relay information to the shop.
We went to a local Jeep dealer, they evaluated the problem and contacted Car Shield. Unfortunately, for Car Shield to completely take care of the problem, they wanted to use after market parts. In order to get real Jeep parts, we had to pay about $900.

Great company, they actually do what they say they are going to do. Took my truck into my dealership for repair. The dealership told me they were going to do a diagnostic check and report to CarShield what they find. A few minutes later I received an email from CarShield reporting a claim. Exactly 10 minutes I received another email from CarShield stating claim approved. A few minutes later a service technician came to inform me of what I already knew, that the claim was approved. Highly recommend this company!
Adams Automotive examined my vehicle and work on my AC had to be done. Car Shield covered the cost as written on my contract. Also, other problems were discovered as the mechanics looked at my vehicle. Again, Car Shield paid for work on my vehicle's engine. Car Shield has more than paid for what I pay for a years warranty on both my vehicles. I would recommend Car Shield for people driving vehicles that are older or have high mileage.
My air-conditioned in my car went out and I reached out to car shield and they was all on top of this matter. They recommended local shops in my area and suggested the shops that in their respective experience that they have worked with that provide great mechanical services.

My check engine light came on so I drove the car to my local mechanic <2 miles from home. They diagnosed head gasket. Car never overheated, coolant was filled, new water pump. They refused to pay for the repairs because I drove the car to the shop. They said I should've called a tow. They are devious, They are a rip off.

I am impressed with the salesman and his enthusiasm. He reportedly saved me $54 per month. I ended up with a contract of $105 per month with a $105 deposit. The coverage is amazing at this price with no contract.
