My repair took almost 3 weeks to get an approval and only 1 week was covered by the rental coverage. Or was not the shop, because I thought it was and when I went and we called together we got different information.
Car shield again just proved their quality service and exceptional professionalism. Not only did they fix my AC, they provided me with a car rental which most expensive warranty don't provide. Thanks car shield!

Took my car to the Ford Dealer for service related to my transmission - Ford Edge 2019. It became necessary for the CarShield claim adjuster to visit the mechanics to verify the nature of the problem (torque converter failing). The Ford shop and CarShield eventualy arrived at an agreement on repair plan and cost. Once the claim was approved - getting a rental from Enterprise was very smooth. I'm happy to have the car back in working order. I'm please with the CarShield honoring their contract and I'm pleased with the Autonation Ford service personal.

My overall view of car shield is that anyone that has car troubles should look into getting a contract for there vehicle. For the passed three years the car shield contract i have has covered my vehicle in its running marvelous🙏

Just trying to get my vehicle repaired still nothing in shop still meanwhile I'm spending a lot on rental almost a week short of a month but yet every month my 100 were there like clockworuu
