The inspector and the insurance adjuster from our Carshield claim took two weeks to get the ball rolling for my car to be processed to get it fixed. They did give us two weeks for a rental car even though we were without our car for a lot longer than that.

My jeep didn't pass inspection because of two motor mounts that were broken. Also, it needed an oil pan, radiator, and a condenser for the air conditioner. There was other shop fees and things that they didn't cover everything but my portion was only $798 of a bill that was $3,900. They also covered at 7 Days of my rental car. So glad I got car Shield.

Kia motors declined my car because I could not find a receipt from 2017. So instead of car shield honoring me as a customer of five years, they decided it with Kia motors and declined my kid even though car shield only goes back 12 months. I have canceled my service because it was the point of having a warranty program that only honor is the warranty of Kia and not the contract that I'm paying for previously I gave car shield a great review, but this review supersedes any previous review. I am very disappointed in Carshield. I was going to add to other vehicles to my account but now I will not!

I took my car to the shop, I called car shield while I was at the shop and let them communicate with the owner of the shop was taken care of within an hour and a half, and I had my car by the end of the day repaired.

My Dodge Dart started to make a thumping noise coming from the passenger side of the car. I took the car to a repair shop that I had used before and the mechanic said it could be your brakes so I had them replace the brake pads and rotors. Well that was not the problem, but the mechanic told me that it could be the front wheel bearings and he then told me it would cost me about $1,500 to repair. I didn't have that kind of money to pay out. I was a member of Car Shield so I called and asked the man if I would be covered and he said yes with a co-pay of $100 is all, that saved me $1400.

It's been weeks since this was started by Eagle Chevelet and they have emailed information at least 3—4 times and for some reason unbeknown to me. You have not gotten it or are slow tracking the paper work
