Horrible company and terrible car covers. You could see through the car cover I bought from them. There is no way it was waterproof or UV protective. I returned it the very same day I received it and I had to pay to ship the piece of crap back to them. Five days after they received the cover, carscover has still not refunded my money. I had to send them an email and ask for the money back. An hour later my money was in my PayPal account. I had already escalated the unpaid money situation with PayPal, so I knew I was going to get my money back. But this company wasn't going to make a refund until I pushed them and got PP involved. Buyer beware. They are now operating out of Anaheim.

The quality looks great, however the covers did not fit and are a nightmare to install on my Camry XLE... THEY WILL ALSO charge you 20% "restoccking" fee to return... by them from Wal Mart or a company who stand behind their product. DO NOT FIT... A nightmare to install! The rep wanted me to take my seat completely apart. I informed him i had a motor and there was no way to take the seat apart, nor did i want to take it to a mechanic to get them installed.

Purchased a cover for my motorcycle on 3/25/12 and received it on 3/28/12. It was advertised to fit my bike, but didn't. We contacted customer service and was told to send photos of the cover on the bike which we did and it clearly it not large enough to cover the rear of the bike. We were offered a partial refund it we'd keep the cover. I don't have any use for a cover that won't fit so requested a full refund. After much arguing, they agreed to a full refund, but we would have to pay to ship it back. THIS WAS NOT OUR FUALT! The cover was not as advertised and should not have to pay for their mistake. This charge is currently under dispute with our credit card company and we'll be happy to return the cover when this company prepays. Stay away from these guys!

I purchased an Ultrashield motorcycle cover for my Honda Shadow Spirit. My bike sits outside and the cover keeps it completely dry in the rain and morning dew ( I live in Ohio) and cool in the summer sun. Probably wouldn't use it during the winter as it is about 4" off the gound but I have a windshield and attachable backpack I could remove and it would probably work fine then too. It was easy to use once I found the "front" tag on the inside which is slightly offset from the true front. It arrived very quickly and has held up very well the first year.
