Very user friendly website and excellent delivery time

-Outdoors. They are weak poles and plastic center connectors are weak and they bent in the wind.

I bought this flag pole about 4 years ago. It is the 20' fiberglass residential model and it has garnished so many accolades and embellishes the yard with beauty.

I called with questions about my future order and they were able to answer them all and make me feel comfortable that I would be receiving exactly what I ordered.

I have always ordered by phone, this was great!

The only thing I was disappointed about is I did not get an email stating they had been shipped. I was lucky when they were delivered it was a dry day or they would have been out in the wet. I could have unlocked my porch door if I had known.

Outstanding customer service, prompt orders, no hassle billing. We are very pleased with Carrot top and will continue to order our flags from them as we have for several years.
