Haven't had to order a lot because the flags we have gotten have lasted so long in our s.w. Ohio weather. Love this company.

My order (*******) was spilt for shipping which was fine. However, my shipping info wasn't transferred correctly to the new split order, so I only received 1 order in a timely fashion. Frankly this is unacceptable as I paid for second day air.

I only received the second part of my order today June 13, a full 3 weeks after placing the order.

Like the American made. Kind of a pain to deal with the shipping and billing details but got it taken care of.
