I have always used Carrot Top even when I had my business. The products are top rate and service has always been pleasant and quick. For me there is no other company to consider when it comes to flag related items. I will be a repeat customer whenever I have a need.
I placed an order for custom boy scout troop flag and filled in our charter organization (CO) as provided on the ordering page, our CO is the national sheriffs' association and received an email saying i couldn't us that name…? I responded to the email saying that that was our CO and the message to me made no sense…. The email i replied to bounced back. No one followed up and i ended up canceling my order
Utmost respect. I called and didn't have my account information. It was no problem at all. My needed items were in stock, special shipping was applied and service was with a smile. That's why I have been ordering from Carrot Top for more than 20 years. They know their Job and don't mind doing it. Thanks again for the Good Help.

Ordered two flags and everything went very well. Quick and easy process. I had more questions and called the company. The representative I spoke with was very professional and polite. I will be shopping here again.

The flag holder is very nice but my order was held up for two weeks due to inventory and then updates were not sent to inform me of my order.

Why are you charging Florida Sales Tax on shipping? Are you actually paying sales tax on shipping to the State of Florida? No other vendor charges tax on shipping. On information and belief, vendors are not required to pay (and do not pay) sales tax for shipping expense. I have a business registered in the state of Florida which pays sales tax. Do I need to contact State of Florida Department of Revenue and ask them to review your tax remittance payments in the state of Florida?
Just received my yard flag holder. I am VERY impressed with the quality; much better than your run of the mill yard flag from the big retailers. This holder is heavy duty and I anticipate it will last a long time!

I received a confirmation on 12/19/24 that you received my order and I haven't received the flag yet. I have had no communications since 12/19 about my order.
I have previously ordered a Troop flag and the experience was very good. We are currently replacing the flag again due to a change in Charter Organization name. Setting up the order was no problem. Placing the order was a minor ordeal. When I selected the final step to place the order, nothing happened. I rechecked the cart information and placed the order again and again nothing happened.
I exited the order screen and checked order history which showed one order placed. However, I did not receive any email confirmation. The next morning I checked the order history and no order as shown. I called and talked with a sales agent. She indicated that no order was placed an no order was pending. I reentered the order and place the order again, this time with a confirmation received. However, now I continue to get notices that I need to complete my order, although there is no pending order and nothing in my cart. It has been just a little frustrating. Hoping to get the flag as ordered in the next several weeks. I also lost the 10% discount that was offered on the initial order, but that was not a major deterrent.
I bought a fire fighter flag recently and gave it to my local Fire Department in Northfield, MA. In just a few months it faded from a bright red to very dull, quite pathetic. I contacted customer service and was abruptly denied any option as it was past the warranty period, Under 3 months? I would not recommend buying anything from this company, they do not stand behind their products.

I've been buying from Carrot Top for 25 years. First bought a flag set for my porch and was very happy with it. When we moved to this house ten years ago I bought a 20 ft telescopiing flagpole from them and have been happy with it. Still buying Beacon nylon flags. We have a lot of high winds but they hold up for two years or more. Just ordered a new flag after two and a half years.

I am a fan of this country and I wanted to stress this by these symbolic flags which nowadays adorn my backyard and roof.
There were some intricacies with ordering all this stuff, because the process itself isn't very straightforward, however, I got away with it within several hours.
