The product was too large for our application. Therefore it was returned. We also thought it too expensive. You need an intermediate sized wall-mount flag pole. The smaller adjustable mount couldn't take the winds in our area and broke. This, however, was too large.

Found what I needed online, which gave me guidance to how much to order and the order was delivered quickly.

I received quick service and shipping, though my order edged up against the closing of the business for Hurricane Florence.
