The delivery time was very good. The flag appears to be well made,unlike the 'made in China' ones. It has not been outside long enough to rate the durability of it.
The order was processed & shipped quickly. I was glad to have the choice of UPS or Fedex and it was worth paying a few cents more for UPS. Twice lately, Fedex has caused me problems so I prefer UPS.
I've been a customer for a long time. Quality has always been good. Appreciate US made flags.
